I thoroughly enjoyed both the Raw and EAWA Backlash events and currently the Smackdown event. So much action but I think my favorite match was the British Bulldogs vs. Jack & Jerry Brisco. The title change capped off an epic battle. Truly a standout match for me. Looking forward to the rest of the big event from Smackdown.

Vegas Wrestling Federation (VWF) PayPerView Weekend: Vegasmania Backlash Vegasmania Backlash: Smackdown April 25, Year 3 T-Mobile Arena Las Vegas, Nevada (Final Third of show, First Third and Second Third are both posted above)
Match #9: World Tag Team Champions Rock N' Roll Express defeated Tully Blanchard and Johnny Valentine (both managed by JJ Dillon)
- As this match was starting, Striker and Zbyszko on commentary mentioned that Blanchard and Valentine will be entering the MLW Memorial Cup together and they also remind everyone how last year Blanchard along with Buddy Rogers defeated the Rock N' Roll Express in the Finals of the MLW Memorial Cup.
- First Fall: It took awhile but Blanchard and Valentine- who together controlled most of the action in this fall- won when Blanchard pinned Robert Gibson via a foreign object. Blanchard and Valentine are up 1-0.
- Second Fall: A great fall. Rock N' Roll Express tied it up when Gibson- shortly after making a key reversal- pinned Valentine following DOUBLE DROPKICK. Rock N' Roll Express and Blanchard/Valentine are tied 1-1.
- Third/Final Fall: In this deciding fall, Blanchard and Valentine controlled almost all of the action but the Rock N' Roll Express again got a key reversal and shortly afterward won when Gibson pinned Valentine following DOUBLE DROPKICK. Rock N' Roll Express win 2-1.
- As a result, Rock N' Roll Express retain the World Tag Team Championship.
Match #10: Harley Race defeated George Hackenschmidt (managed by JJ Dillon)
- Before this match started, Dillon announced that with Blanchard and Valentine entering the MLW Memorial Cup together that Hackenschmidt will thus be teaming with the other member of the Four Horsemen World Champion Buddy Rogers!
Match #11: United States Champion Don Muraco (managed by Mr. Fuji) defeated Frank Gotch
- Muraco got the impressive victory when Mr. Fuji reached through the ropes to trip Gotch who was then hit with a suplex assortment from Muraco for the win.
- As a result, Muraco retains the United States Championship.
MLW Memorial Cup The MLW Memorial Cup is returning on Memorial Day Weekend! 64 tag teams participating in a 4-day tournament along with non-tournament matches including some Special Appearances! tag team participants" "Macho Man" Randy Savage/"Rowdy" Roddy Piper, Nick Bockwinkel/Ray Stevens, Road Warriors, Rock N' Roll Express, British Bulldogs, Briscos, Rob Van Dam/Curt Hennig, The Crusher/Jackie Fargo, Midnight Express, Fantastics, Buddy Rogers and George Hackenschmidt, Tully Blanchard and Johnny Valentine, and 52 tag teams TBA
Match #12: World Champion Buddy Rogers (managed by JJ Dillon) defeated Bruiser Brody
- Rogers won via his FIGURE FOUR GRAPEVINE to retain the World Championship.
- Afterward, Rogers bragged about retaining the World Championship which he started to say would not be on the line again until June due to next month's MLW Memorial Cup when he suddenly got interrupted by Smackdown General Manager Teddy Long. Long told Rogers that he and Hackenschmidt better make it to the Elite Eight in the Memorial MLW Cup because, just like in last year's MLW Memorial Cup- all champions who do not make the Elite Eight will have to defend their championship on Day 4 of the MLW Memorial Cup!
End of Final Third. End of Show.

Wow 4x champs Midnight Express, very well done. Midnight Express have now won the United States Tag Team Championship 4 times but this is actually the first time for me that the combination of Eaton and Condrey has won a championship as all the other Midnight Express tag team championships in my fed were won by the combination of Eaton and Lane.

Great to see the conclusion of the Smackdown Vegasmania Backlash show. That entire last half rocked, especially the tag title match and seeing Don Muraco with a big win over Frank Gotch.
Earlier today I posted my latest show with Randy Savage winning the world title and it occurred to me that he also won the VWF World title, so the "Macho Man" is holding world championship gold in multiple feds. Oooohhhh Yeeaaaahhhh!!!
