Tough outing for Koko to kick off that last show... And I really like the pairing of Hillbilly Jim & George 'the Animal' Steele... They teamed up for a little while in my Legends fed until Exotic Adrian Street convinced Steele that he would be a better ally... Fun times!

Match #1: Exotic Adrian Street defeated Brian Christopher
- This match featured two wrestlers in Street and Christopher who had recently been acquired by EAWA via trades with RAW and Smackdown respectively.
- Street won via his CRUCIFIX.
- Afterward, Austin Idol appeared and asked Street if he would team with him in the MLW Memorial Cup and Street said yes.
Backstage: The BWO say they have entered the MLW Memorial Cup.
Match #2: Diamond Dallas Page defeated Mikey Whipwreck
- In his first EAWA match since being acquired by EAWA through a trade with RAW, DDP had lots of problems with Whipwreck but finally won via his DIAMOND CUTTER.
- Afterward, the crowd gave Whipwreck a standing ovation in appreciation of his efforts against DDP and then Juventud Guerrera also appeared applauding. Guerrera asked Whipwreck to team with him in the MLW Memorial Cup and Whipwreck agreed to be Guerrera's tag team partner.
Backstage: Hardcore Hodge is attacked from behind by Disco Inferno! Disco Inferno, who was recently traded to EAWA from Smackdown, repeated that it is now time for "Hardcore Disco!"
Match #3: Fabulous Ones (managed by Melina) defeated the Long Riders
- In this match between two tag teams who have entered the MLW Memorial Cup, the Fabulous Ones won when Stan Lane pinned "Wild" Bill Irwin via a SAVATE KICK.

- for this match, Ladies Champion Mildred Burke provided guest color commentary where she talked with Striker and Zbyszko how this year at the MLW Memorial Cup, in addition to the 64 tag team tournament, there will be both a Vixens Championship #1 Contender's Tournament and a Ladies Championship #1 Contender's Tournament with the winners of these two womens tournaments challenging for the Vixens Championship and the Ladies Championship on Day 4 of the MLW Memorial Cup.
- This match marked the Smackdown debut for Princess Victoria who was recently acquired at the trade deadline from RAW.
- In her Smackdown debut, Princess Victoria got the surprising victory over Martel, a record 3 time Ladies Champion, via a CROSS BODY BLOCK.
- As the referee raised the hand of Princess Victoria in victory, Striker and Zbyszko said the tag team tournament and the womens tournaments themselves will undoubtedly also have some surprising upsets when they begin in 2 weeks from tomorrow!

- As this match was starting, on commentary, Striker and Zbyszko mentioned that Costa and South have registered together as a tag team entrant in the MLW Memorial Cup while Muraco and Roop have previously been announced as an entrant.
- Muraco and Roop won when Roop pinned South via SHOULDER BREAKER.

Match #3: Barbarian and Warlord defeated "Mr. Electricity" Steve Regal and Sam Houston
- Although this was a tag team match between two tag teams who have already registered for the MLW Memorial Cup, this was actually the first-ever tag team match for the Barbarian and the Warlord together as they recently agreed to form a tag team after Warlord was acquired by Smackdown at the trade deadline.
- Barbarian and Warlord won when Barbarian pinned Houston following ELEVATED CLOTHESLINE.
Backstage: Returning from the ring from the previous match, Barbarian and Warlord bump into the Road Warriors who are headed toward the ring for tonight's main event. The two tag teams standoff facing each other until Road Warrior Hawk says right now he and Animal need to deal with the James Gang but afterward the Barbarian and the Warlord are next on their list!
