- DiBiase also tells Hennig that he is going to rule that in their handicap match against Bruiser Brody tonight that Brody must pin him (DiBiase) in order to win the VWF Championship so the gameplan is to have Hennig wear out Brody and then if necessary he (DiBiase) will finish the job.

Match #8: Dusty Rhodes defeated Ric Flair in a special attraction bullrope match
- a good match, Flair after being placed in Rhodes's FIGURE FOUR LEGLOCK was unable to stop a bloody Rhodes from dragging him around the ring and tapping the tops of all 4 turnbuckle posts to score the victory

Congrats to the Road Warriors on their first VWF title... Brody performed well, even while facing pretty unfair circumstances... Too bad he couldn't finish off DiBiase...
Gordy plowed his way through a field of very strong competition in that Bunkhouse Stampede match... Nicely done!

You had Williams eliminating Race at the end.....a typo I'm sure. Fun show all around and big upset by Gordy honestly.

Extreme Rules did not disappoint, I loved everything from the four-way win by Trish Stratus to Terry Gordy winning the Bunkhouse Stampede. As a big Gordy fan I was pleased to see him battle his way through that tough field to win it. On the flip side as a big Bruiser Brody fan I didn't like seeing him lose that way to Ted Dibiase especially after having already eliminated Larry Hennig. The Road Warriors have a knack for racking up tag team titles in all feds so it was no surprise to see them take the VWF tag titles from DDP & Randy Savage. Since the team was already on shaky ground it will be interesting to see where Savage and DDP go from here.

Gordy plowed his way through a field of very strong competition in that Bunkhouse Stampede match... Nicely done! it was interesting for me to see Gordy win the Bunkhouse Stampede as (unlike Steve "Dr.Death" Williams who is both a former United States Champion and a former Brass Knuckles Champion in my previous fed) I have always mostly just used him in the MVC, perhaps now I will start to use him in more singes matches? thanks for reading my fed thread results
