That War Games match is gonna be off the chain! Cool to see Johnny Valentine having an impact so soon... And I'm wondering if the Million $ Man has anything up his sleeve to ensure his own safety... Yeah, right! I'm sure he's got something planned... Great stuff!

The Buffet Club are coming after the Road Warriors? Talk about aiming high. Good luck guys you are going to need it. Great news to hear that Johnny Valentine is on his way to the VWF and what a way to debut in War Games! As if that weren't great enough for the GAB but we are also getting Bruiser Brody vs. Big Van Vader in a Last Man Standing Match! The VWF is making dream matches a reality on virtually every big event and I love it. I loved the last two bouts on #25, particularly with DDP taking out Randy Savage with the Diamond Cutter in epic fashion.

Vegas Wrestling Federation (VWF) RAW #26 June 18, Year 1
commentators: Matt Striker and Larry Zbyszko
Match #1: Harley Race (managed by Bobby Heenan) defeated "Cowboy" Scott Casey
- working methodically, Race controlled most of the action in this mach and won via a VERTICAL SUPLEX
- afterward, Race announced he is issuing an open challenge for a match at the Great American Bash!
Backstage: The Buffet Club (Sinn Bodhi and the Blue Meanie) are in catering when they get asked for an interview, they politely decline because they say they are currently "in Feastmode" and then go back to eating.
Match #2: Midnight Express (Bobby Eaton and Dennis Condrey, managed by Jim Cornette) defeated Redd Dogg and Scott Taylor
- although Redd Dogg kept kicking out of pin attempts, the Midnight Express won easily as they controlled almost all of the action and prevented Redd Dogg from ever tagging out to Taylor. The match ended when Eaton pinned Dogg after a spinning neckbreaker.
- afterward, Cornette announced that regardless of who wins at the Great American Bash between the VWF Tag Team Champions the Road Warriors and the Rock N Roll Express, the Midnight Express are still targeting the VWF Tag Team Championship
- afterward, a visibly frustrated Dogg shoved Taylor and left for the back alone
Backstage: Diamond Dallas Page, who gave his tag team partner Randy Savage a DIAMOND CUTTER to end last week's episode of RAW, says if Savage wants to break up their tag team to pursue a singles championship then he can start his singles matches against him (DDP) at the Great American Bash where he plans to prove who the real weak link in their tag team was
Match #3: Trish Stratus defeated King Kong Bundy in a United States Championship #1 contender's match
- for this match, United States Champion Bobo Brazil provided guest color commentary
- Stratus shocked everybody by putting Bundy away via STRATUSFACTION and thus gaining a United States Championship match against Bazil who she teamed with in the MLW Memorial Cup!
- afterward, Brazil entered the ring to congratulate Stratus and said their United States Championship match would take place at the Great American Bash!

Match #4: Steve "Dr. Death" Williams (accompanied by Terry Gordy) defeated Lou Thesz (accompanied by Buddy Rogers) by DQ
- although Thesz last week expressed reservations about Rogers adding his former Horsemen teammate Johnny Valentine to their War Games team at the Great American Bash, tonight Rogers was fully in support of Thesz. However, Rogers also unintentionally caused Thesz to lose the match when the referee turned around and saw Rogers using a steel chair (which he had just taken away from Gordy and then swung it at Gordy but accidentally hit Williams instead) against Williams and thus cause Thesz's disqualification.
- after the match, Thesz was visibly upset with Rogers who tried to explain it was an accident as tonight's episode of RAW came to an end.
End of Show. (Happy Easter, thanks for reading my fed thread!)

Spectacular win for Stratus over Bundy... Really looking forward to her title match against Brazil at the Bash... Could wind up being one of the highlights of the show...
Looks like a little more tension developed between Thesz and Rogers at the conclusion of the main event... Gonna be interesting to see how this (as well as the arrival of Johnny Valentine) affects the upcoming War Games match...
Lots of fun, as always!

wow big win by Trish and fun main event. yeah, I did not think Trish Stratus would win because in LOW matches I always use the female conversion chart. But although the chart impacts power, PIN, turnbuckle, and ring stats, it does not change finisher stats and she hit Bundy with STRATUSFACTION (+3) for the victory.

Vegas Wrestling Federation (VWF) RAW #27 June 25, Year 1
commentators: Matt Striker and Larry Zbyszko
Match #1: The Destroyer and Gorgeous George defeated Bruiser Brody and Jimmy Snuka
- during this match, it was mentioned by the commentators that both The Destroyer and George will be 2 of the 4 participants in the Vegas traditional 4 way elimination match opener at the Great American Bash.
- this match ended in an upset as George got away with throwing powder into the face of his longtime enemy Snuka and then tapped out a blind Snuka via his SPINNING TOEHOLD
Backstage: Bobby Heenan tells Harley Race he has heard that the wrestler who has accepted Race's open challenge for a match at the Great American Bash is somebody making his VWF debut at the Great American Bash.
Match #2: Fantastics defeated Rock N Roll Express
- an impressive victory for the Fantastics in defeating the Rock N Roll Express who are the current #1 contenders to the VWF Tag Team Championship and the challengers to VWF Tag Team Champions the Road Warriors at the Great American Bash.
- the match ended when Bobby Fulton pinned Ricky Morton after the ROCKET LAUNCHER.
- afterward, Jim Cornette and the Midnight Express (Bobby Eaton and Dennis Condrey) appeared. Cornette said the Midnight Express still has the VWF Tag Team Championship in their sights so at the Great American Bash they want to take on the Fantastics since they are the tag team who just defeated the current #1 contenders to the VWF Tag Team Championship the Rock N Roll Express.
DiBiase's Office: VWF Chairman of the Board and VWF Champion "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase tells the Miracle Violence Connection he wants them in their match tonight to soften up Rob Van Dam and Curt Hennig in advance of their War Games match at the Great American Bash in less than 2 weeks from tonight.
- Terry Gordy says since he won the Bunkhouse Stampede earlier this month and then defeated former VWF Champion Buddy Rogers the following week on RAW he was wondering if after the Great American Bash he could get a VWF Championship match. Steve "Dr. Death" Williams points out that he also just defeated a former VWF Champion, Lou Thesz, last week on RAW by countout and he would also like a VWF Championship match.
- DiBiase tells the MVC no because they are his hired guns. On their way out the door, Williams and Gordy point out they are only being paid by DiBiase until the Great American Bash and afterward they will create their own opportunities if DiBiase won't.
Match #3: Rob Van Dam and Curt Hennig defeated the Miracle Violence Connection
- less than 2 weeks before they team up with Thesz, Rogers, and the debuting Johnny Valentine against The Cabinet and the MVC in a War Games match at the Great American Bash, RVD and Hennig picked up the victory when RVD pinned Williams via his FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH
- afterward, DiBiase appeared in the distance and looked furious at the MVC

Match #4: VWF Tag Team Champions Road Warriors defeated Dream Team (non-title)
- the Road Warriors dispatched their former enemies in just 3 moves as Road Warrior Hawk pinned Greg Valentine after a DOOMSDAY DEVICE.
- afterward, as the Road Warriors stood on top of opposite turnbuckles in victory, Striker and Zbyszko mention they have the momentum going into their title defense against the Rock N Roll Express at the Great American Bash.
End of Show. See you next week for the final RAW before the Great American Bash.
