This year I will no longer be a first year AP Work History teacher with 2 AP classes and only 1 prep period, now I have taught the class and will have two prep periods so I should be posting my LOW and Indy feds much more often.  I wish you were able to join me, Chad, Tim, Stu, Eric, and everyone next week in Iowa. I have gotten to hang out with both Chad and Tim multiple times over the years, but hopefully someday I will meet you too. You are a fellow teacher, enjoy the rest of your Summer my friend! |

July 16th, Year 1
- commentators: Matt Striker and Larry Zbyszko
Match #1: Magnum TA defeated Gorgeous George in a United States Championship #1 contender's match
- Magnum TA won this match to become the #1 contender to the United States Championship.
- afterward, VWF Chairman of the Board and VWF Champion "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase appeared and said since United States Champion Bobo Brazil is already booked to compete in the main event VWF Champions #1 contender's ladder match at Money in the Bank, Brazil will instead defend the United States Championship next week here on RAW vs Magnum TA!
Backstage: Lou Thesz approaches Jimmy Snuka and tells him he heard that next week on RAW they will be wrestling each other along with Harley Race in the final Money in the Bank main event showcase match before the Money in the Bank PPV.
Match #2: Randy Savage defeated Diamond Dallas Page in a Money in the Bank qualifying match
- Savage controlled most of the action in this match against his former tag team partner and current enemy DDP and won via a knee drop to gain a spot in the Money in the Bank ladder match for a chance to win the Money in the Bank briefcase.
- DiBiase's Office: Backed by his Cabinet (King Kong Bundy, Larry "The Axe" Hennig, and the Valiants,) DiBiase welcomes in Rock Riddle.
- Riddle wants a chance for his client Pampero Firpo to obtain a spot in the Money in the Bank briefcase ladder match. DiBiase says next week the final 4 participants will be determined in two multi-man matches and Firpo will be among the wrestlers competing for those 4 spots.
- as Riddle leaves, Lenny Lane enters the office and gives a nasty glare at Riddle who used to manage him briefly earlier this year
- Lane complains he is never on RAW yet the Buffet Club is on almost every week
- DiBiase says the roster has gotten too big, especially with some more new signings he has not announced yet, and he will make an important announcement soon
Match #3: Rob Van Dam (accompanied by Curt Hennig) defeated Buddy Rogers in a Money in the Bank main event showcase match
- RVD won via FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH after Rogers got distracted by the sudden appearance of Lou Thesz who arrived at ringside seemingly eager to reconcile the recent chemistry issues he has been having with Rogers.
- afterward, Rogers blamed Thesz for him losing the match and walked off without letting Thesz speak to him as Striker and Zbyszko wonder aloud what will happen in the main event ladder match at Money in the Bank where both Thesz and Rogers are among the participants.
Backstage:Redd Dog approaches his former tag team partner Scott Taylor who he recently turned against and tells him not only are they not in tonight's tag team gauntlet but he just got DiBiase to schedule a match between them at Money in the Bank.
Match #4- the VWF Tag Team Championship #1 contender's tag team gauntlet
- first two entrants: Miracle Violence Connection and Hacksaw Jim Duggan/"American Dragon" Bryan Danielson
- per order of their enemy DiBiase, the MVC were put in the opening spot of this tag team gauntlet
Match #4A: Hacksaw Jim Duggan and "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson defeated Miracle Violence Connection by DQ
- the MVC were DQd when their enemies the Valiants (who attacked them at the end of the Great American Bash) arrived and both smashed Danielson in the head with steel chairs to get the MVC intentionally disqualified.
next entries: the Valiants
Match #4B: Hacksaw Jim Duggan and "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson defeated the Valiants
- Duggan pinned Johnny Valiant via a deathjump as the MVC angrily returned to ringside and distracted the Valiants and cause them to be eliminated as revenge for the previous fall.
- Afterward, the MVC and the Valiants brawled to the back.

Match #4C: Fantastics defeated Hacksaw Jim Duggan and "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson
- Tommy Rogers pinned Duggan after a FANTASTIC FLIP

Match #4D: Road Warriors defeated Fantastics
- The Fantastics put up a great effort but the Road Warriors prevailed when Road Warrior Hawk pinned Bobby Fulton via a gorilla press slam
next entries: The Buffet Club (Sinn Bodhi and Blue Meanie)
Match #4E: Road Warriors defeated the Buffet Club
- when the Road Warriors were the VWF Tag Team Champions earlier this year, the Buffet Club had said they were targeting them. Tonight the Buffet Club finally got a chance to get their hands on the Road Warriors but they were overpowered and easily put away when Road Warrior Animal pinned the Blue Meanie via a jumping elbow drop before either member of the Bullet Club were able to get in a single move of offense.
next/final entrants: Midnight Express
Match #4F: Road Warriors defeated Midnight Express (Bobby Eaton and Dennis Condrey, managed by Jim Cornette)
- Eaton and Condrey scored multiple pin attempts and looked good overall during this fall but lost when Road Warrior Animal pinned Eaton via a press slam.
- as a result, the Road Warriors win this tag team gauntlet and thus get the right to challenge the Rock N' Roll Express in an effort to regain the VWF Tag Team Championship at Money in the Bank!
- as the show comes to an end, an updated promo for Money in the Bank is shown:

Raw #29 an #30 were awesome shows. I really enjoyed Bruiser Brody over Doc and Gordy in the three-way and that big upset win by Johnny Mantell over Tully Blanchard. The tag team gauntlet was off the charts and what a win for the Road Warriors. Randy Savage over DDP was also cool to see as I was hoping to see the "Macho Man" beat his former partner and gain a spot in the MITB Ladder Match. MITB is looking great already.

BREAKING NEWS:
As a result of the results from RAW #30, two tag team matches have been added to Money in the Bank:
1) Miracle Violence Connection vs Valiants
MVC finally gets a match against the tag team that attacked them at the end of the Great American Bash and then through outside interference caused their elimination in the tag team gauntlet on RAW #30.
2) Fantastics vs Midnight Express
This is a rematch from the Great American Bash except this time, as a result of both tag teams doing the best against the Road Warriors who won the tag team gauntlet on RAW #30, it will be a VWF Tag Team Championship #1 contender's match with the winner getting a VWF Tag Team Championship match at Summerslam!
