Survivor Series is shaping up nicely... Seeing Macho Man leading a team of Thesz, Windham, RVD and Hansen into battle is freakin' awesome... That being said, Blanchard is being supported by a formidable crew himself... Should be a top notch main event...
Also it's really cool that Grandmaster Sexay is the number one contender for the IC strap... Too cool indeed!

Thanks, my traditional opening 4 way elimination matches at my PPVs has both helped me add some wrestlers to the PPVs and also opened up opportunities as the winner of those matches get to wrestle the winner of another singles match from the PPV in an upcoming #1 contender's match and if they also win that match they get to challenge for their brand's secondary title which has led to wrestlers such as Brian Christopher and Redd Dogg getting title shots they might otherwise not have received. I am interested to see what the dice give me in my main event at Survivor Series- the rules are all survivors get title shots unless the champion they challenge also survives and if so then they first have to defeat the champion in a non-title match. So Tully Blanchard is hoping his team wins the match with him as a survivor but that his "teammates" Bruiser Brody and Jimmy Snuka somehow get eliminated before the match ends.

I agree with the others as your build to Survivor Series has been incredible. Frankly you always do a great job building up to the special events. I loved that six-man tag on the last Raw show especially with Stan Hansen hitting the Lariat on Blackjack Mulligan. Over on Smackdown, I really enjoyed that recent interaction between Bobo Brazil and Johnny Saint.

Thank you to those who voted for the VWF! My goal is to try and continue to play out and post at least 1 LOW show per week and also I Indy fed show per week in the Indy Fed Forum. Now it is on with the show.}
Two title defenses and more on this week's episode of Smackdown!:
Vegas Wrestling Federation (VWF) Smackdown #14 November 7th, Year 1
- commentators: Matt Striker and Larry Zbyszko
Match #1: Bruiser Brody and Jimmy Snuka defeated the Fantastics
- this match is part of a Smackdown Survivor Series team vs Smackdown Survivor Series team series that Smackdown General Manager Angelo Poffo decided to implement similar to the RAW Survivor Series team vs RAW Survivor Series team series started by RAW General Manager Joe Blanchard.
- Brody and Snuka won when Snuka pinned Tommy Rogers via the SUPERFLY LEAP
- afterward, as Brody and Snuka get their hands raised in victory, Striker and Zbyszko wonder aloud if they will be able to trust their enemies yet Survivor Series teammates the Horsemen as Brody and or Snuka if they survive in their match at Survivor Series would automatically qualify for a shot at the World Championship held by Tully Blanchard.
Poffo's Office: Poffo tells the Rock N' Roll Express and the Vachons that since they both won their matches at Halloween Havoc they will both be added to Smackdown's World Tag Team Championship team at Survivor Series.
Match #2: Buddy Rogers (managed by JJ Dillon) defeated Magnum TA
- this match is part of a Smackdown Survivor Series team vs Smackdown Survivor Series team series as Striker on commentary mentioned he just received word that Magnum TA has been added to the Intercontinental Championship team as a result of him winning last week's Best 2 out of 3 Falls match against his enemy Gorgeous George.
- Magnum TA put up a good fight but Rogers prevailed via his FIGURE FOUR GRAPEVINE
- afterward, as Rogers got his hand raised in victory, Striker and Zbyszko wonder aloud if Rogers were to survive at Survivor Series would he use his resulting title shot to challenge fellow Horseman Blanchard for the World Championship?
Poffo's Office: Poffo tells the Boogie Woogie Man that, as a result of him winning his Last Man Standing match against King Kong Bundy at Halloween Havoc, that he is being added to the Intercontinental Championship team at Survivor Series and two of his teammates will be the participants of the next match.
Match #3: Intercontinental Champion Harley Race defeated Brian Christopher
- Race won via a swinging neckbreaker to retain the Intercontinental Championship and thus secure his spot as the captain of the Intercontinental Championship team at Survivor Series.
Poffo's Office: Poffo tells Diamond Dallas Page and Gorgeous George they have a match against each other next week on Smackdown and the winner will get the final spot on the Intercontinental Championship team at Survivor Series.
Match #4: Miracle Violence Connection defeated World Tag Team Champions Iron Sheik and Nikolai Volkoff (managed by Shawn Daivari) in a steel cage match

- Third/Final Fall: Williams pinned a bleeding Iron Sheik after he and Gordy hit him with a double football tackle. MVC win 2-1.
- As a result, the MVC are the new World Tag Team Champions and will be the captains of the World Tag Team Championship team at Survivor Series!
