Survivor Series was just an incredible night of action, and I really liked the VWF Ladies Draft as well. Interesting to see Kai and Martin on opposite brands but I'm looking forward to how they will do plus of course I want to see Jazz take on Trish for the title. Sherri should stir up some trouble over on Smackdown as well, which is just the way we like it.
I loved seeing classic (and still undefeated!) Stan Hansen at Survivor Series giving Barry Windham the big Lariat after the win. I was intrigued at the thought of a Hansen-Windham team but Hansen doing what he did just seemed right. Randy Savage has something to worry about with both Hansen and Windham in line for title shots. Blackjack Mulligan and Curt Hennig also pose the same threat to Bobo Brazil and the U.S. title coming out of SS. It was also cool to see the Road Warriors standing tall at the end of the tag elimination bout.

The cream definitely rose to the top at the survivor series. I was also looking forwards to Windham and Hansen battling the Road Warriors but alas it was not meant to be.

Vegas Wrestling Federation (VWF) RAW #49 November 27th, Year 1
- commentators: Matt Striker and Larry Zbyszko
In the Ring: RAW General Manager Joe Blanchard
- Blanchard introduces new Ladies Champion Trish Stratus who won the title at Survivor Series
- Blanchard tells Stratus her first title defense will be at New Year's Revolution against the winner of a tournament that starts right now on RAW!
Match #1: Tina Moretti defeated Jazz
- Moretti won via her JUMPING FACEBUSTER to take one step closer to challenging Stratus for the Ladies Championship at New Year's Revolution
Backstage: Curt Hennig approaches VWF Tag Team Champions Road Warriors and tells them since he survived his match at Survivor Series he is uisng his resulting title opportunity for him and RVD to challenge the Road Warriors! Hawk and Animal remind Hennig that they also survived their match at Survivor Series so per the rules Hennig and RVD first have to defeat him and Animal in a non-title match before getting an opportunity for the VWF Tag Team Championship.
Match #2: Midnight Express (Bobby Eaton and Dennis Condrey, both managed by Jim Cornette) defeated Jim Brunzell and Sam Houston
- Midnight Express won when Condrey pinned Houston after the ROCKET LAUNCHER
- afterward, Cornette said the Midnight Express are looking to win the VWF Tag Team Championship and have been told by Blanchard that if they defeat an unnamed tag team in a ladder match at New Year's Revolution then they will receive the VWF Tag Team Championship match at the Royal Rumble!
Backstage: Blanchard tells Hacksaw Jim Duggan and Blackjack Mulligan that since they both survived at Survivor Series they will have a match next week on RAW and the winner will be the first of the two of them to challenge for the United States Championship at New Year's Revolution.
Match #3: United States Champion Bobo Brazil defeated "The Rocker' Marty Jannetty
- this match was for the United States Championship since Jannetty survived at Survivor Series and Brazil did not which means Jannetty dd not have to first defeat Brazil in a non-title match to receive a title shot
- Brazil won via his COCO BUTT to retain the United States Championship
- as a result, Brazil will defend the United States Championship against either Duggan or Mulligan at New Year's Revolution
Backstage: Blanchard tells Lou Thesz that, since he did not survive at Survivor Series, he does not have any upcoming title opportunities, however he will be the first wrestler named to compete in the Royal Rumble!
Match #4: Barry Windham defeated Stan Hansen
- before this match started, Bkanchard announced that since both Windham and Hansen survived at Survivor Series that the winner of this match would receive the right to wrestle VWF Champion Randy Savage at New Year's Revolution!
- this grudge match, set up when Hansen gave Windham a LARIAT at the end of Survivor Series after they both survived in their match, was intense with both competitors trying to put the other away with their LARIAT.
- Windham finally put Hansen away via his figure four leglock- the first time Hansen has lost since joining the VWF!
- as a result, Windham will wrestle Savage at New Year's Revolution- but as Striker and Zbyszko point out it will have to be a non-title match since Savage also survived at Survivor Series.
New Year's Revolution presented by VWF's RAW brand December 24, Year 1 Thomas and Mack Las Vegas, NV 1. Barry Windham vs VWF Champion Randy Savage (non-title) 2. Rob Van Damm and Curt Hennig vs VWF Tag Team Champions Road Warriors (non-title) 3. United States Champion Bobo Brazil vs Hacksaw Jim Duggan or Blackjack Mulligan 4. TBA vs Midnight Express (#1 contender's ladder match) 5. TBD vs Ladies Champion Trish Stratus 6. more matches TBA
Royal Rumble presented by VWF's RAW and Smackdown brands January 28, Year 2 T-Mobile Arena Las Vegas, NV 1. Royal Rumble match: Lou Thesz and 29 wrestlers TBA 2. more matches TBA
End of Show.

Not sure if I am a fan of all the non title matches on the PPV but it should make for a very interesting Rumble.
Enjoyed how the stipulations from the Survivor Series have impacted the booking

Really hoping that Henning & RVD manage to earn themselves a title shot... But, beating the Road Warriors in non-title action could be a tall order... Fingers crossed!
