Congratulations on winning Legends Fed Of The Year! It's a very well deserved win, and it was an honor just to have my fed nominated with yours & all the other great Legends feds out there. You can never go wrong with wrestlers like Brody, Race, Rogers & Savage at the top of the card. Keep up the good work!

- commentators: Matt Striker and Larry Zbyszko
In the Ring: Smacckdown General Manager Angelo Poffo
- Poffo starts to say, per VWF tradition, he is going to start the show by recognizing a newly won championship from the previous show when he suddenly gets interrupted by someone who introduces himself as Teddy Long and who says he is now taking over as the General Manager of Smackdown! Poffo asks who authorized this and Long says the VWF Chairman of the Board "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase and Long says he was also informed by DiBiase that Poffo himself is the first of tonight's 5 EAWA expansion draft picks from the Smackdown roster.
- As Poffo leaves, Long says he will now be the one to introduce new World Champion Harley Race- who won the World Championship last weekend from Bruiser Brody at Vegasmania 2.
- Race appears and starts to speak when he gets interrupted by the Horsemen- Buddy Rogers, Tully Blanchard, Johnny Valentine, and manager JJ Dillon. Rogers says Race will be sorry he turned down an offer at Vegasmania 2 to rejoin the Horsemen (and in the process gave Blanchard a PILEDRIVER on top of the World Championship) and not to get too used to having that World Championship because he (Rogers) as a result of defeating Ric Flair in that special attraction match at Vegasmania 2 is now the new #1 contender and he is challenging Race to a match next week on Smackdown!
- Long says the next Smackdown PPV is Judgment Day next month and it will be there where Race- provided he retains over the Boogie Woogie Man tonight- will defend the World Championship against Rogers!
- Blanchard says if that is the case then he wants the match next week on Smackdown against Race for giving him that PILEDRIVER on top of the World Championship at Vegasmania 2. Long agrees but says it will be a non-title match even if Race retains tonight.
Match #1: Killer Kowalski defeated Jake "The Milkman" Milliman
- this match marked the Smackdown debut for Kowalski
- Kowalski won after 2 consecutive Bombs Away followed by his finishing KOWALSKI CLAW.
Next week: the annual draft between RAW and Smackdown takes place on both RAW and Smackdown!
Match #2: The Vachons (managed by The Sicilian) defeated the Taylors by countout
- This match ended when the action spilled out of the ring where both Vachons double teamed Tugboat Taylor who, as a result, was unable to get back into the ring before the referee completed his 10 count.
- Afterward, DiBiase and his Cabinet (Larry "The Axe" Hennig and the Valiants) appeared and informed the Vachons- former EAWA Tag Team Champions- they are the 2nd of 5 EAWA expansion draft picks tonight from the Smackdown roster. As the Vachons left the ring, Striker and Zbyszko pointed out that the Vachons won't be able to get away with countout victories like tonight in EAWA as there are no DQs or countouts on that hardcore brand.
Backstage: DiBiase and his Cabinet approach the Iron Sheik, a former EAWA Champion and 3 time Brass Knuckles Champion in the previous incarnation of EAWA, and inform him that he is the 3rd of 5 EAWA expansion draft picks tonight from the Smackdown roster!
Match #3: Sherri Martel defeated Ladies Champion Trish Stratus
- Martel received this title shot as a result of winning the women's preshow battle royal at Vegasmania 2 last weekend
- Martel won via her TOP ROPE SPLASH.
- As a result, Martel, who entered this match as the only women with 2 reigns as the Ladies Champion, now starts her 3rd reign as Ladies Champion!
Backstage: DiBiase and his Cabinet approach Steve "Dr. Death" Williams and Terry Gordy- who together as the Miracle Violence Connection were the last EAWA Tag Team Champions in the previous incarnation of EAWA- and inform them they are the 4th and 5th of the 5 EAWA expansion draft picks tonight from the Smackdown roster!
Match #4: World Champion Harley Race defeated Boogie Woogie Man
- Race received this title shot as a result of winning the men's preshow battle royal at Vegasmania 2 last weekend
- Race won via his PILEDRIVER to retain the World Championship
- afterward, Race got jumped by the Horsemen until Bruiser Brody and Jimmy Snuka arrived to make the save
End of Show.

Great to see the VWF back! I like how Teddy Long just came in and sent Angelo to the EAWA. I am excited to see who else joins him, the Vachons, Iron Sheik, Doc, and Gordy. Great stuff as always!
