KrX 3: #showdown - The Real Ordeal - A newcomer walks into Mesmer's office, wearing a blue t-shirt that bears a familiar 'EYE 4 EYE' slogan. As always, Rack and Ruin stand close by in case their services are needed. Shayne offers to shake hands, but Mesmer ignores the gesture. "You bring quite the reputation here to the Crossroads, but you will find that what you've done elsewhere does not matter." Shayne leans forward with a smirk. "Everyone is soon gonna see why I'm called the Last One Standing after Showdown." Iron Mane defeated Rage- Rage narrowly avoids disqualification, but his vicious tactics have little affect. Iron Mane lands the FINAL POUNCE, a diving crossbody from the top rope, to claim the win. (Fatigue: Mane 1 - Rage 2) - Mesmer remains unimpressed by the current Aethran presence, pointing out they have failed to put a single win on the board. He tells Rage and Paralyze that he has something special planned for them to headline the next show. - Dire Consequences - The Perfect Specimen wants a rematch against Bishop Hell, stating that his loss was a result of Bishop's flagrant rulebreaking. Mesmer says the rematch is not going to happen. "However, there are two other individuals that lost their respective debut showings and I think you are all eager to redeem yourselves." Mesmer informs Spec that he will meet Buck Steele and Raven in a Triple Threat - No DQ or count-out, one fall to a finish. The winner receives a special prize and whoever loses the fall will be exiled from the Crossroads. - TRIPLE THREAT -Raven defeated The Perfect Specimen and Buck Steele- The Perfect Specimen controls the majority of this strategic bout, patiently wearing down his opponents. Out of nowhere, Raven nails Spec with the BLADERUNNER, a slingshot clothesline, to emerge triumphant. (Fatigue: Raven 3 - Steele 2) - With Rack and Ruin by his side, Mesmer escorts Spec to the exit. He then confirms that Raven will receive a valuable prize for winning this contest, but the nature of that prize will not be revealed immediately. Shayne defeated Matador of M83- A classic encounter, as Shayne relies on raw determination to overcome Matador's athletic prowess. Shayne delights the crowd on his way to victory, finishing his opponent with SHOWDOWN (+2), a high impact backdrop driver. (Fatigue: Shayne 2 - Matador 3) - Avarice appears at the top of the runway, clutching a black rose to his chest and promising Shayne that their paths will soon cross. Seeing no need to wait, Shayne offers to fight Avarice right now. Avarice responds by saying, "When you're good at something, you never do it for free."

Matdaor didn't have much of a chance against Shayne. I just hope there is another top notch competitor to challenge Shayne like maybe BD Endgame.

Shayne vs Matador is a definite cool matchup. It was definitely a fun encounter and Matador really could have won if he had landed his finisher before Shayne went on an offensive tear... Expecting big things from both of these guys in my fed's immediate future... Matdaor didn't have much of a chance against Shayne. I just hope there is another top notch competitor to challenge Shayne like maybe BD Endgame. Since I want to keep the roster at a level that is easy to manage, it might be a little while before we see any new top tier additions... On top of that, I am allowing the virtual dice to decide which set groups I choose from... As for Shayne's next opponent - Based on their post-match confrontation, it looks like Avarice may have jumped to the front of the queue... Truly appreciate the awesome feedback, my friends... Many thanks!

Smell ya later Spec! Really surprised he was the one to go but that's some stiff competition. Looking forward to Raven's valuable prize (possibly a Leg Lamp...?)
Rage and Paralyze seem to be unimpressive everywhere in the universe, can't wait to see what Mesmer has in store for them.
Awesome encounter between Matador and Shayne with Avarice waiting in the wings.
Great stuff, can't wait for more!

3 shows and all I can do is quote Ryback "FEED...ME...MORE!" my questions were answered so I have to wait and see what happens next. Poor Specs outta work. Matador of M83 and Shayne was missing only one thing and that was a title Pariah, as always your shows rock

Already, the door looks to be closed on The Perfect Specimen... And now he has something big in store for the resident Aethrans - Rage & Paralyze... There are just so many possible doors with a fed of this nature that I'm having a difficult time not wanting to open them all at once... Truly appreciate the excellent feedback, my friend... Many thanks!

Many thanks! But, can Avarice's card stand up to Shayne's card though? I would think that would be a one sided match. If you take a close look at Avarice's stats, I think we can agree that he has the ability to beat anyone at any given time... His -4 agility combined with the lack of any (pw) moves means no quick counters... He has an Add 1 move, decent finisher and PIN ratings... And only a single down-3 on his defense... I agree that his Free Agents card is not so impressive, but I am using his all Centra entertainment card... Which I think makes him formidable opposition... Definitely appreciate your valuable input, my friend... And rest assured, I will be taking any such comments into mind when making future decisions... Many thanks for staying tuned!
