Twin Blood survives!!!! each won their singles match and a reward is a shot at the straps. great job.
Tauran continues to show why he was the best of the Tauran's and wins Five Alive! and Avarice looking to really go to war with the Gamesmaster. but still cheer for all five as they all are top of the KrX heap. can't wait to see Tauran face a certain Indestructible Force and see how he makes him tap

I hope Tauran wins. it makes me itch seeing Chaos as champ.

Bri - I wanted to give that peek into the inner sanctum for a variety of reasons... 1/ To offer a bit more explanation about the relationship between Magnus and Mesmer. 2/ To show that Mesmer is not a 'heel authority figure' by any means. 3/ To provide Endgame with a bit more purpose at the Crossroads.

TTX - Even though this wasn't Avarice's debut (he's actually been at the Crossroads since episode 1), it definitely looks like he's stepping up his game... Thantos appeared to have that match sewn up until Avarice intervened... Still, I'm not so sure Tauran will be able to present a serious challenge with Chaos holding the belt...

cruefan68 - Also being a big fan of The Doors, I just couldn't resist that title for a show (that is my favorite Doors song too)... It was cool that both Dreggs and Sleeze were able to save themselves... I did have contingency plans in place for any outcome, but I've enjoyed the history they share with the Mercenaries and it will be fun to have them face off for the belts on more time...

barflymike4ever - Some excellent points regarding trust... At the moment, Magnus is pretty happy because Chaos is at the top of the mountain... What happens if/when he gets knocked off the peak? Mesmer is a cautious man though and I can't believe he would place too much faith in anyone...

Always appreciate the valuable input, my friends... I've actually rolled out the next show already, but still have some work to complete on the writeups... Two titles on the line and a number of close calls... Many thanks for staying tuned!

Wow, both Sleeze and Dreggs get to stay. I am glad to hear it, but thought for sure one or the other would be gone.

Tauran was a monster in that match, but if it wasn't for Avarice I wondered if he would have tapped out. As I never got past 2088 (have all the cards though), I don't know just how strong or tough any of those guys are without reading other people's feds. Kind of builds them up til I am able to bring them in my fed.

TTX - You're definitely right when it comes to the dice doing funny things... This fed has been one unexpected outcome... When I crowned my first Advent champion, I figured it was going to be Avarice or Shayne or possibly even Raven - Not Dark Justice... And I certainly did not think She Devil would beat him a short time later... It's one of the aspects that makes this game so fun - You never know how a match might end...

markoda - I'm in a similar boat to you as I haven't made it very far into the canon timeline (but, still own everything that's available online)... I'm constantly reading the handbooks to learn as much as I can about all the great characters in this well developed universe... It helps me determine who I want to bring to the Crossroads...

- Introduction -

Realizing that the Crossroads is potentially facing a few serious dilemmas, Mesmer summons three individuals to a meeting behind closed doors - Commissioner Euritar, Magnus the Magnanimous and Endgame. Although the specifics of their discussion remain private, Mesmer indicates that his number one priority is still to ensure that integrity and prosperity of this company.

Thus far, Sleeper Cell has been allowed to operate unchecked. Although suspicions are high that Anivar is the unofficial leader of this group, nothing has been proven so far. Commissioner Euritar has been tasked with developing a countermeasure for their unprovoked attacks. Any individual caught wearing a Sleeper Cell mask will be permanently banned from competition and may also face further prosecution.

With the Aethrans divided into multiple factions and seemingly ready to wage war on each other, Mesmer does not fear any attempt at a massive takeover. Endgame has agreed to observe their activities and if the threat of collateral damage presents itself, he will seek out the best way to intervene.

Magnus the Magnanimous promises continuing cooperation from the Axis of Power to ensure that no one will be permitted to rise up against Mesmer for ultimate control. Both Commissioner Euritar and Endgame appear skeptical with these remarks. For the timebeing, Mesmer states they must all work together for the sake of the Crossroads.


Sleeze defeated Rack
- Using his acrobatic skill, Sleeze keeps Rack off balance and scores the pinfall after a Maxus Moonsault. The impressive win allows him to remain at the Crossroads. (Fatigue: Sleeze 1 - Rack 3)


Dreggs defeated Ruin
- Like his brother before him, Dreggs secures his spot at the Crossroads with a slightly more systematic approach. He patiently targets Ruin's weak spots and forces him to tap out to TWIST AND SHOUT, a twisting camel clutch. (Fatigue: Ruin 3)
- Mesmer congratulates both members of Twin Blood on their success and Commissioner Euritar awards them the next shot at the KrX Binary title.

- Next Episode -

The winner of the upcoming Five Alive Elimination main event becomes the number one contender and will meet Chaos for the KrX Advent title.

Twin Blood make their bid to become three-time KrX Binary champions when they challenge the Mercenaries.

One of the toughest men to step into the ring in the 20th century, 'Handsome' Harley Race squares off against Anivar. Will Sleeper Cell use this opportunity to take out another of the 32 or does Commissioner Euritar have something in place to stifle their involvement?

Two AniMen tag teams simultaneously debut by clashing against each other.


- FIVE ALIVE ELIMINATION -
Tauran defeated Thantos, Blade, Dark Justice and She Devil
- Tauran earns a shot at the KrX Advent Championship by outlasting the opposition. Thantos comes close to victory when he catches Tauran in the MASTERLOCK, but Avarice pulls Tauran to the ropes to force a break. Thantos stares at the man holding a black rose, giving Tauran the opening he needs. (Fatigue: Tauran 2 - Thantos 3 - Blade 3 - DJ 6 - Devil 3)

Order of elimination:
- She Devil eliminated by Tauran via submission with TAURAN SHARPSHOOTER.
- Dark Justice eliminated by Thantos via pinfall following a Satanic Skull Smasher.
- Blade eliminated by Tauran via submission with TAURAN SHARPSHOOTER.
- Thantos eliminated by Tauran via pinfall following a LEG HOOK PILEDRIVER.

I've got to say the opening with the front office if you will is exciting storytelling and I'm looking forward to read more about it, plus I like that name "FIVE ALIVE ELEMINATION". Tauran winning the FAE is good stuff and I'd like him to now win the gold...
