I've not moved on much due to being busy but think the fifth movie has a lot of potential for delightful badness.

I am getting down to the final movies and man Carnival Magic and the Christmas movie (title escapes me at the moment) are unreal. The Christmas one is nightmare fuel and very hard to sit through. I am pretty sure I dozed off only to awake back into the nightmare on my screen. I have one more left, another Doug McClure sci fi flick, and I will be done with the season. Thanks Crow, Servo and cast for another fun ride through the bad movies of our time

I finished out the new season today with At The Earth's Core starring Doug McClure, Peter Cushing and Caroline Munro. I remember seeing this on TV growing up so it was fun to see the MST3K take on it. Great way to end the season and with the exception of one or two films, looking at you Cry Wilderness and creepy Santa movie, I would watch the episodes again. I plan to go back and watch the 1999 season and hope to see a second season come for MST3K. Thanks to everyone involved, especially our own Toasterboy, for bringing this great show back.

Glad you enjoyed it! I'm still working my way through. Sometimes it's hard to take a step back and just enjoy it. Plus I'm writing an article on each episode for MST3K.com for each episode so it's a little slow. No word on a Season 12...yet. Here's hoping we'll hear in the not so distant future.

yeah, I'm stuck on 5 not because it's bad, just because I've not been able to devote the time to watch it. Actually 5 has had my favorite opening so far.

I too am stalled on Episode 5 the Beast of Hollow Mountain, it's been a tough three months. I plan on finishing that episode and moving on to the others, speaking of episode 5, that movie was on Comet tv and I think one of the others was on that channel...

I hope you guys get a season 12, you deserve it and I want it. I will have to check out the articles on MST3K.com. Hear are my season 11 picks: Favorite Episode: Time Travelers with Yongary a close second Least Favorite Episode: Creepy Santa Movie (Sorry I don't want to credit it with a name ) The MST3K cast was great as usual but the movie, holy cow! Favorite Skit: The M. Waverly beatdown of course Favorite Movie Moment: Crow and Servo banging the symbols trying to cause an avalanche in Avalanche. I did not see that coming and it was hilarious. I also enjoyed the guys imitating the high pitched voice of the little boy in The Beast of Hollow Mountain. Favorite Movie: Probably At The Earth's Core as I saw it many times growing up. Doug McClure and Peter Cushing are fun and of course Caroline Munro is easy on the eyes Favorite Song: Every Country Has A Monster from episode one, classic. Overall it was a really fun season that I will visit again in the future but first I am going to work my way through those 1999 episodes

Won't be able to make it to GalactiCon, but I have a pretty good excuse! MST3K is going on tour and I'm hitting the road with them. 29 shows all across the US. Full list of dates here: www.mst3k.com/tourIf you can make it to a show, let me know!

sadly with Galacticon and Gen Con in July and August, I couldn't even fit in anything else if I wanted, but have a fun time doing it, TB.

You jackasses are going to be in my hometown of Columbus while I'm on vacation in Denver, and then are going to Denver the week I come back. No, no bitterness here. My father is dealing with a major health issue, but I'm tentatively planning to road-trip up to Royal Oak, MI for the show.
