Bummed that Sting and crew did not advance, and Panther Warrior's team out, but seeing Dusty, Stone Cold, and Bruno advance made my day.
I really like the Viper Segment's, he seems like a cool character.
Suprised Valentine put out Piper. Is his new card really that strong?
The match that has me most looking forward to is Frank Gotch vs AJ Styles. Two of my absolute favorites going at it is a dream match.
I like the fact that I cannot even predict what will happen keeps me even more intrigued than regular wrestling. Really, really enjoy it.

Martial Law make their first appearance in the Gods & Legends tourney... The Phenomenal One takes on Gotch... And Chaos Supreme vs Endgame in a colossal main event... This lineup is stacked beyond belief! Thanks Pariah! Here's to hoping that it's a fun night of wrestling for all. I'm stoked to see Martial Law in action too. Totally a gas that you are digging this my man. Hoping to roll these and post soon! |

Hey Markoda, I hear ya, I was hoping Sting, Endgame & The Guardian were going to advance too. Rhodes, Sammartino ans Austin are a pretty strong team. Hopefully will be interesting to see who advances. I also hope the new Gods and Legends teams don't dissapoint. I'm glad you like the Viper's Pit bits, I'm hoping that the medium would be fun and who knows he may wind up having to wrestle in the future too? Gotch & Styles will hopefully be the war that it should be. I am trying to keep a somewhat air of unpredictability about all of this. Fed Of Darkness - Season 1 - Card 6 - Match Results:
1. Kevin Steen w Kevin Sullivan vs The Perfect Specimen:
The Perfect Specimen was wiping the arena with Kevin Steen and looked to be on a road to pin his blood soaked opponent - until Kevin Sullivan distracted Referee Snafu long enough for Steen to kick out at what would have been a 4 & 1/2 count. The second half of the match saw what only could be described as an extremely violent comback by Steen culminating in a PACKAGE PILEDRIVER pin that absolutely crippled his opponent.
2. She Devil vs April Hunter:
A spirited and fast paced match that impressively saw April Hunters dramatic kick out at 2 & 1/2 to She-Devils debilitating CANNONBALL CLOTHESLINE. Even more impressively, She-Devil kicked out of three pin attempts by April Hunter however the third HEAD HUNTER - A Sommersault Neckbreaker proved to be too much and Hunter scored the pinfall.
3. Tommy Rich & Blackjack Mulligan w / Dusty Rhodes vs Brute & Massacre w / The Leveler:
Within about a minute into the match, The Gladiators were disqualified when Massacre blasted Tommy Rich in the head with a Steel Chair - and then pandemonium ensued. Before the fifteen security guards were able to get this under control, Tommy Rich and Massacre busted each other open with their fists, Brute Chokeslammed Blackjack Mulligan into the just vacated seats and Dusty Rhodes Bionic Elbowed The constantly laser shooting Leveler into a television camera.
4. Vipers Pit - This Weeks Guest - Womens Champion Of The Universe - Alpha Female!
Alpha Female posed with The Championship Belt around her waist and looked very dangerous, powerful and beautiful. Pit looked at the camera unable to speak...however some steam did come out of his mouth. But before he could compose himself and ask her all sorts of inappropriate questions there suddenly swirled first by his feet - more steam? Alpha Female and Pit Viper watched with great confusion as the steam slowly took shape into the shapely, powerful, beautiful form of Thrash. Thrash (to Alpha Female) - Guess who's back...Heretic...and guess whose gonna beat you with your own belt? Alpha Female (walks up face to face with Thrash) - Bring It Bitch! A visibly sweaty Pit Viper tried to speak into the camera again, however, he was only able to let off some more steam...
5. Gods And Legends Tournament - Round 1 - Match 6 - Amok, Shayne and Sly Drury vs The Legacy, Calm and Azrael:
Showing surprisingly smooth tag team work, Martial Law constantly has The Holy on the run with Sly Drury almost pinning Calm with a tooth loosening REGIME CHANGE and Amok scoring a near pinfall with his OFF WITH YER HEAD - a 550 lb Leg Drop from the second rope on The Legacy. But the nail in the coffin came courtesy of Shayne against Azrael via his SHOWDOWN finisher - A Back Drop Driver for the three count.

7. A.J. Styles vs Frank Gotch:
A clash of styles highlighted this back and forth main event quality classic as A.J. Styles used his agility especially his patented Spiral Tap maneuver - A Corkscrew Senton Bomb to almost score the pin as Gotch kicked out at a 2 & 3 /4 count as well as dominate the first half. As Styles went for the win via a a 450 Splash Off The Top Rope, Gotch rolled out of the way at the last second and very soon after, trapped Styles in his GOTCH TOEHOLD finisher which after a long 5 minute struggle, forced Styles to tap out.
8. Chaos Supreme w / Magnus Colby vs Endgame:
Endgame quickly overpowers Chaos Supreme inside the ring forcing Chaos to slide out of the ring to regroup as Magnus distracts the referee accusing Endgame of cheating, while Endgame chases Chaos outside the ring only to be hit by Chaos with Magnus's Steel Briefcase. In retaliation, Endgame crushes Chaos in the head with a Steel Chair and is disqualified because the ref only saw Endgames shot, not Chaos's. After both Chaos and Magnus both try to attack the furious Endgame, a livid Andre The Giant charges the ring and helps Endgame beat them both back to the locker rooms.

Arrrgggghhhhh! (Did I spell that right?) Just when I thought I was going to be allowed to cheer on the Cetus Legacy team in peace... You just had to add Styles, RVD & Sabu to the Gods & Legends tourney... Possibly the coolest trio in all creation... And I must respectfully disagree with TTX - It was not good to see Gotch win.  Really looking forward to the bloodthirsty Thrash madding her bid for Alpha Female's title... Should be violently memorable... Unfortunate that the main event ended in a cheap technical decision... The inevitable rematch is gonna be wild... Not sure it was too smart for Magnus to try getting involved in that beatdown... Even with Chaos Supreme at his side... Interested to see how Andre fits into this scenario going forward... Amazing stuff! |

I was originally going to put The Sheik with Sabu and RVD but since there is as dq possibility I opted to keep searching for just the right fit and then right in front of me was A.J.'s card. I said to myself, Self - now this would be interesting. Imagine if those two teams met in the finals? Thrash and Alpha Female are both going for each other's throats - in their own ways...more to follow. Chaos and Endgame are definitely tangling again on the next card...in perhaps the sturdiest ring ever made. Thanks a million for being a part of this as always Pariah! |
