Sorry about the trouble youre have guys. I let Cliff know about the issue and he's going to take a look when he gets home from work.
For now, have you tried logging in via the LEGENDSonline login page?

when I tried Legends it took me over to COTGonline and could not sign in

Yep, now that I'm home from the office (and able to get to cotgonline.com) I see I can't log-in either.
...like I previously mentioned, we're on it.
Please hang in there people, we'll get this figured out.
