Is it considered a bug when I haven't gotten the Promoter back issues I ordered added to my account? If not, what thread would I bring that up in? Definitely not a bug. On the page where you placed your order, it reads: Please note, if you are ordering a back issue of the Promoter Online there will be a delay in delivery of the issue, as this is a manual process.
If you have not received your ONLINE Promoter issues after 2 days, please contact Kris Osk on the Official Filginger Games message board: filsingergames.proboards.com/index.cgiSo, yeah...please just go ahead and PM me (per the instructions) and I'll look for your order and process. Thanks.

AGAIN...love how it has been skipped twice(and deleted once)...I vacated my 'Z' championship and in the rankings page it'll have the 'Z' championship shown FOUR times as vacant on the silhouettes...and cuts off tag team rankings after #2 contenders because of the error...

Regarding this "Bug Thread"... I myself handle data entry errors (typos on cards) as well as Online ordering issues (Promoter Online back issues, Online game editions order processing). I do not have the technical ability to reconfigure/fix the Rankings program. Todd handles Promoter Online issues (subscriptions expiring, fixing broken links to PDF cards). He does not have the technical ability to reconfigure/fix the Rankings program. Cliff (and Larry before him) handles technical issues. You'll notice that *I* reply to issues that I can help with/fix. Todd replies to issues that he can help with/fix. Cliff replies to issues that he can help with/fix. With the Bug Thread, that's been the process for years. POSTING AN ISSUE IN THE BUG THREAD DOES *NOT* GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL BE ADDRESSED IN WHAT YOU MAY CONSIDER *TIMELY* FASHION. It is here to keep running track of known issues. Some can be fixed quick by me or Todd, others need to be looked at by someone with the technical know-how to fix them. Users posting the SAME issue, multiple times certainly is not helpful, but rather creates clutter and prompts this type of long (and unnecessary) explanatory post... A general rule of thumb is that if you've got an issue with a product that you've purchased, you should DIRECTLY CONTACT THE PROVIDER of the product. In this case, Tom Filsinger. Now that wasn't so hard was it? Not too hard, no. But to be honest, I do have better ways to spend my time. All that you could have said was... Cliff and/or Larry handle the technical issues... I'm certainly at fault for assuming you might have been aware of that already. Likely because you have already gone through the "complaint department" several times already over the past several years you've been a COTGonline customer. In the past you've sent me PMs directly...I guess you thought that posting the same issue 4 times in the Bug Thread would garner faster/more suitable results...? thank you for answering my post... Thank for your patience and understanding.

Thank for your patience and understanding. no i was not aware who the programmer was...and concerning the complaint department...only bugs that were found. make it sound like I call up everyday rattling off complaints....as far as posting same issue 4 times, it could have been acknowledged the first couple of times or addressed...

As already explained, issues are acknowledged/addressed by those who are employed to acknowledge/address them. It's very likely that Cliff has simply not logged on to the boards in a while....which is why posting here repeatedly is not the best way to go about reporting an urgent problem. Thanks!

Okay, so when I use online with my iTouch the play by play works fine. When I try to use on my Galaxy Tablet and my phone (LG Vortex) it allows me to select the wrestler on the left, but will not bring up the wrestler's image. On the right hand side, it is the same selection process and brings up the wrestler's image. When I click on ring the bell, it says to pick both sides before Ring the Bell. So, I installed 2 other web browsers on the Galaxy and the same thing happens. It will not call the wrestler on the left, even though you can select him.
Anyone else having this issue? If you are, what are you using? ('Droid, etc...)

Now, it will not even pull up all my guys.
So, I installed a new browser and then used it's full site feature, but still nada.
