Match Types Included in Starter Sets

Hello,

While I wait for the Ringside Companion book to be rereleased, I was hoping some of you could help me out.  What match types are included in what starter sets?  For example, the B&W LOW starter set has cage match rules and the Chikara starter set has trios charts.  I'm especially interested in anything that has battle royals, 3 or 4 way matches, and scramble matches.  Thank you.
