WEEK 1- MARCH 2074
Match 1: Torin Caelum vs. Thunder
Torin dominates, but when he looks to end the match with the Torin Death Lock, Massacre hits him in the back with a chair, causing a DQ.
Match 2: Fury vs. Torpor
Fury is clearly too much for Torpor, and gets an easy win. When the crowd boos his victory, Fury snaps and delivers a flying elbow to his downed opponent. The audience then starts to shower the ring with food and souvenirs, and the medical staff comes out to tend to Torpor. Early reports are that Torpor may be out for a month.
Match 3: Mayhem vs. Commander Sam
Sam is not prepared for Mayhem's recklessness, but gets a DQ victory when the Aethran refuses to stop ramming his head into the steel post outside the ring. Again, the medical staff comes out, but outside of a bloody face, Commander Sam does not appear to be injured enough to miss any time.
Match 4: Crosscurrents (Thetis & Vortex) vs. Brute & Massacre
The referees and the UWF have had enough! If the Gladiators don't behave themselves in this match, then desperate measures will be taken to get them removed, perhaps jailed. The Aethrans comply and show they can beat people as well as beat them up by getting an easy win.
Match 5: Morpheus vs. Santon the Loner
With the hot streak Santon has been on, he now gets the chance to beat one of the upper echelon of the UWF. Of course, the Gladiators stick their nose in this match--Vengeance gives Morpheus the Gladiator Piledriver when the ref is distracted, and rolls the stunned wrestler back into the ring for Santon to get the pin. Santon is confused why the Gladiators chose to help him instead of attack.
Next Time:
Dorado Sundown vs. Torin Caelum & Morpheus for Universal Tag Team Championship New Order vs. Crosscurrents Raven vs. Santon the Loner Commander Sam vs. Vengeance Thunder vs. Fury

WEEK 2- MARCH 2074
Match 1: Thunder vs. Fury
For the first time, W.A.R. meets the Gladiators in a 2074 ring. Fury gets the victory, but when he is booed after the match, he starts to yell at the crowd before Destructon 3000 forces him backstage.
Segment: UWF Wrestlers
All the members of the UWF are gathered watching the match between Thunder and Fury. Morpheus leads the discussion about taking out Fury for what he did to Torpor last week. He adds that even though W.A.R. has offered help, Fury's attack shows that no one from the future can be trusted, and they have to figure out a way to get rid of all the invaders.
Match 2: Commander Sam vs. Vengeance
Even though he is a little wiser to the Gladiator brutality after last week's match against Mayhem, Commander Sam is still overwhelmed by the sadistic Vengeance.
Match 3: Raven vs. Santon the Loner
Santon's hot streak comes to an end as he loses to Raven, but he still puts on a fantastic show.
Match 4: New Order (Mace & Dreggs) vs. Crosscurrents (Thetis & Vortex)
To add fuel to Morpheus' fire, Mace gets caught slamming Thetis' head into the ring steps, causing a disqualification. Some pushing and shoving afterwards leads Destructon 3000 to try to explain that W.A.R. is there to help, but the Crosscurrents will hear nothing of it.
Match 5: Dorado Sundown (Blacklash & Bullwhip) vs. Torin Caelum & Morpheus for Universal Tag Team Championship
A solid match is interrupted by the Gladiators--Brute distracts the referee while Massacre slams Torin Caelum with a chair. Massacre then rolls Caelum to the center of the ring allowing the easy pin by the champs. DS looks out at the Aethrans, waiting for an attack that never comes, confused why their futuristic foes helped them out.
Next Time:
Crosscurrents vs. Mayhem & Vengeance Bullwhip vs. Thunder Raven vs. Spike Commander Sam vs. Fury Torin Caelum & Morpheus vs. Brute & Massacre

WEEK 3- MARCH 2074
Match 1: Crosscurrents (Thetis & Vortex) vs. Mayhem & Vengeance
The sadistic way the Gladiators battle finally rubs off on the UWF stars--Thetis jumps off the top rope with a chair to break up a pin attempt by Vengeance. The ref is shocked, but calls for the DQ. Mayhem is very upset that Vengeance is injured.
Match 2: Bullwhip vs. Thunder
The weakest Gladiator is easily downed by one-half of the Tag Team champs. Bullwhip and Massacre lock eyes after the match, but nothing comes of it.
Match 3: Raven vs. Spike
A top-notch contest ends when Raven wears down Spike enough to pin him with the BROADSWORD. Destructon 3000 feels good that W.A.R. is quickly 2-0 over the Gladiators.
Match 4: Commander Sam vs. Fury
It looked like someone on the UWF roster was going to finally get payback for Torpor's injury, but an enraged Mayhem comes to the ring and attacks both men shortly after the contest begins. The match is officially ruled a no-contest. Both participants are escorted to the back by the medical staff after the beating.
Match 5: Torin Caelum & Morpheus vs. Brute & Massacre
Again, the Gladiators prove they can flat-out wrestle when they need to as they take down the team they cost a chance at winning the Tag Team Championship last week. Caelum leaves quickly after the loss, but Morpheus sticks around to give the Aethrans a piece of his mind. Massacre responds by pointing out that his tag team is undefeated, and since Dorado Sundown owes him for helping them win last week, Morpheus should let them know a title shot is a great reward.
Next Time:
Crosscurrents vs. New Order Torin Caelum vs. Fury Mayhem vs. Commander Sam Morpheus vs. Thunder Omega vs. Santon the Loner for Universal Championship

This is a really innovative concept - Gels well with your other fed... And I'm enjoying Raven's win streak... Fun stuff! Thanks Pariah! I was really proud of myself when I came up with the concept...the problem is the dice do what they want rather than what you want. When this wraps up (I'm pretty sure it's not a spoiler to say this is a storyline, not a long-term fed), I plan to do a post-script detailing what went right and what went wrong. I also use the storyline (combined with a storyline in my main fed) as an excuse to completely change how I do things in the future. Raven is off to quite a good start, isn't he? I knew you'd be pleased...lol. As always, love getting feedback. Even though these events were rolled roughly 15 years ago, it's still neat to see people reactions, even if it's just page views!

WEEK 4- MARCH 2074
Match 1: New Order (Mace & Dreggs) vs. Crosscurrents (Thetis & Vortex)
In the rematch, the Crosscurrents are fueled on by the crowd's dislike of their futuristic opponents, and end up pinning Dreggs after hitting WATERY GRAVE. The crowd goes crazy, along with the Crosscurrents, at not only beating the invaders, but getting their first big tag win since not being after to capture the Universal Tag Team Championship.
Match 2: Torin Caelum vs. Fury
One of the UWF's top single wrestlers makes it his mission to take down the man who injured Torpor. Fury tries to elevate things outside the ring, but Caelum keeps his composure and eventually traps Fury in CAELUM'S GRIP for the win. Afterwards, the crowd increases their excitement with the second UWF victory, which helps send Fury into a mad rage where he upends tables and throws chairs around.
Match 3: Mayhem vs. Commander Sam
There is no love lost between these two, and Sam feels that the extra attention he seems to be getting from the Gladiators must mean he is their enemy in the future as well. Once again, the crowd fervor is increased when Sam is on the offensive, and he feeds off that energy to take down Mayhem with Sam's Atomic Drop. The audience is practically sent into orbit after the match as Torin Caelum grabs the Gladiator and piledrives him onto the floor. The medical staff is slow to come out to check on him, which gets them an earful from Massacre.
Match 4: Morpheus vs. Thunder
A complete mismatch goes the way you think it would, and the crowd is at "sports-team-winning-championship-at-home" levels as the UWF completes a 4 match sweep over the future invaders.
Segment: Gladiators
Massacre stands with the remaining uninjured Gladiators (Brute, Thunder & Spike) trying to rally them with a reminder with why they are in the past. "We must remember our objectives...", Massacre says, "...total annihilation of the past to ensure a greater future for us and all of Aethra. Do not let these lowly ants shake our resolve. Next week, Brute and I have a chance to rewrite history as we take on Dorado Sundown. Don't let our names be the only ones they praise all the way in the gutters of our home. Rise up and conquer, as we Aethrans are born to do! FOR AETHRA!" The rest of the Gladiators respond with a "FOR AETHRA!"
Match 5: Omega vs. Santon the Loner for Universal Championship
An already fired-up crowd is treated to a fantastic match where Santon goes above and beyond in his attempt to win the title. However, the champ was too strong and ended Santon's amazing run with the TOMAHAWK CHOP.
Next Time:
Omega & Commander Sam vs. New Order Thunder vs. Vortex Torpor returns to face Torin Caelum Morpheus vs. Spike Dorado Sundown vs. Brute & Massacre for Universal Tag Team Championship--will the past be re-written?

Rough night for the 'intruders' and wondering if this might lead to a premature evacuation by the Aethrans and those that followed them into the past... If W.A.R. knew how effective the superstars of the UWF would be in thwarting the Aethran plans for conquest, maybe they would have remained in the present...
Brilliant title defense by Omega, which ends the magnificent run that Santon had been having... No shame for the challenger though - He fought well...
Can't wait to see what happens when the original Gladiators try to win the tag belts from Dorado Sundown - One extremely tough duo...
Another fine offering!

Next week is definitely going to be a turning point one way or the other. Will the Gladiators change history, or will they cut their losses and go back to the present? Doomsayer did tell them how to return, so they can come back anytime. W.A.R. has done nothing but make things worse with their presence, although it has helped the UWF stars come together. Maybe W.A.R.'s arrival had unintended consequences? Santon was really a surprise for me...he stole the show in the 2074 set. Thank you sir!

Gladiators vs the EC Crew. I like this idea that you have and enjoyed the matches so far.
I really like the fact that the EC Crew seems to be holding their own for the most part. Looking forward to how this ends.
And Santon does not seen like a strong card, but almost every fed I see him in he makes a strong presence. But then again we all know who he is in the future. How he is reacting to this whole thing is what I am most interested in. Does he know and is just playing along, or does he just have no idea what is happening? Time will tell.

I don't want to say too much here, but I can tell you that I pick and choose what parts of canon I want to use and what parts I don't, so with my feds things may or may not match up with how Tom envisions it. That said, you bring up interesting points about Santon that may play a huge part in the resolution of this storyline. 2074 was definitely a more competitive set than I imagined it would be, and I'm glad you are enjoying the action. I'm happy you chimed in with some feedback!
