Winner - Tito Santana with a Figure Four Leglock. Williams controlled much of the bout but Tito caught fire late.

Winner - The Crusher via Valiant being DQed following multi chair shots outside of the ring. Ray Stevens rushed to the ring as the final bell rung and assisted in punishing The Crusher. Stevens delivered knee drops from the ring apron on the prone Crusher and Valiant dropped some elbows as well. The fans were tossing things at ring side and the bad guys needed protection as they headed toward the back. EMTs assisted The Crusher to the back. This feud has just begun.

Winner - Red Bastein and Barry Windham after Windham took care of Johnny V with a Bulldog outside of the ring and he was counted out.

Winner - Frank Gotch with a Rolling Kneebar. Lawler never could figure Gotch out and had difficulties in the match. Gotch held up three fingers as he walked to the back.
Note - pre-match both wrestlers were nose to nose jawing at each other and following a couple shoves the referee's intervened and kept them apart until the bell rang.

Mean Gene interviewed The Excalibur Club Commissioner Gorilla Monsoon who told the audience that he has learned that The Crusher will be out the next six shows from his injuries suffered earlier. And that he has put both Jimmy Valiant and Ray Stevens on a three card suspension effective immediately.

Winner - Valentine and Race after Race's second Piledriver on Brody.

Mean Gene interviewed Buddy Rogers who said he was sick and tired of Larry Zbyszko and his cheating ways and he challenged the champion to a match. From backstage Larry Z spoke to the tee vee camera and said that he was supposed to wrestle Animal tonight, but he will allow Buddy Rogers to take his place and if he somehow wins then he will grant Rogers a non-title match on the next show. Rogers accepted.

Winner - Hawk via George getting disqualified for smashing ringside objects over the back of Hawk.

Winner: George Hackenschmidt, whom was close to being unconscious, as The Sheik repeatedly beat him senseless with everything he could grab outside of the ring and was DQed
Note: The Sheik controlled much of the match and would wound Hackenschmidt over and over with his hidden object that he kept well hidden from the ref. George lost so much blood that his face and chest was nothing but crimson covered. Hack was like a helpless rag doll that The Sheik continued to punish after the bell, as the crowd screamed for someone to help. It wasn't until Rick Martel chased the rule breaker away was he finally able to receive medical attention. Martel assisted the medics in taking him to the back on a stretcher. Martel swore that The Sheik would taste his vengeance no matter how long it would take

Sam Mennaker and Tony Schivane welcomed the viewing audience to Sarasota Florida. They ran down the card and could not be more excited for the main event and also the Andre the Giant tag match.

Edouardo Carpentier v Ivan Koloff
W - Edouardo Carpentier via Reverse Body Press
Time: 4 minutes 5 seconds
Note: After being on the receiving end of rough tactics at the hands of the Russian, Carpentier would not stop after the final bell and he was declared the winner. Following numerous flying elbow drops to the prone Koloff security from the back rushed the ring to save Ivan. He was assisted to the back on a damaged leg.

Mean Gene Okerland interviewed a thick French accented Andre the Giant who was accompanied by his tag partner, Yousuff Ishmaelo. Mean Gene nodded throughout and said how exciting it was to talk to him.

Sam Mennaker replied he wasn't going to tell Andre that he couldn't understand a word he said. Schivane spoke up and said he believed Andre was saying how proud he was to be paired with the warrior from Turkey and he could not think of a better debut match than against Hogan and Flair.

Match 2
Bruiser Brody v Johnny Valentine (with Bobby Heenan)
W - Bruiser Brody via the Jumping Knee Drop
Time: 2 minutes and 24 seconds
Note: After the conclusion of the match Brody's buddy Dr Death Steve Williams entered the ring to celebrate with him. Then all at once both wrestlers put the boots to Valentine and tossed Heenan over the top rope. Brody climbed the ropes and delivered a few jumping knee drops on Johnny V. Help arrived and assisted Johnny to the back.

Okerland interviewered briefly an irrate Bobby Heenan who declared that Brody messed with the wrong person and that the retribution would be hard and that this was only the beginning.

Match 3
Antonino Rocca & Tito Santana v Red Bastein and Barry Windham
W - Red Bastein and Barry Windham
Time: 9 minutes and 12 seconds
Note: Red and Windham tagged in and out perfectly and looked like a dynamic tag team. Tito was completely overwhelmed by the opponents and at the end Rocca tried unsuccessfully to save Santana from being pinned. Tito would not go down easily and resorted to underhanded tactics that the ref DQed him for.

Sam Mennaker read a medical report he was handed and said injuries that Ivan Koloff suffered at the hands of Edourado Carpentier would result in his missing the next 6 cards. Koloff formally asked for a rematch upon his return and Carpentier agreed.

Mean Gene interviewed a cocky trio of Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair and Frank Gotch. Hogan spit out that Andre will wished he would have waited to take on Flair and himself. Ric did his spiel of celebrating after the match with the very select of women that Sarasota had to offer. Gotch added that if the opponents thought of cheating that he would have to get involved and twist a few legs if he had to.

Match 4
Jerry 'The King' Lawler v Killer Kowalski
W - Double count out
Time: 9 minutes and 12 seconds
Note: Both wrestlers had multiple opportunities to put the other away but could not get it done. Lawler bled after receiving a few head splitting Claws from Killer. The action moved outside of the ring many times but finally the ref thought he lost control and called for the bell and disqualified both men.

Tony Schivane shared medical news pertaining to the injured Johnny Valentine and the doctors recommended he miss the next 4 cards. Heenan at first resisted but he feared further injury if Valentine wrestled too soon and signed off on the request.

Sam Mennaker hyped the upcoming tag match as being main event material anywhere else in the world.

Andre the Giant & Yousuff Ishmaelo v Hulk Hogan & Ric Flair (with Frank Gotch in the corner)
W - Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair following Hogan's Atomic Drop on Yousuff.
Time: 3 minutes and 28 seconds
Note: Hulk and Flair tagged in and out multiple times while Yousuff was kept far away from Andre and never did tag in the Giant. Hogan and Flair both executed their finisher. Andre tried to intervene but Flair and Gotch kept him at bay as Hulk made the cover for the three count. Yousuff and Andre appeared to have words before leaving the ring.

Mean Gene interviewed an excited Hogan,Flair and Gotch. Frank said he thought of the perfect name for the trio - "Trinity." Hulk and Flair reacted like it was the greatest name they heard in their lives.

W - Ravishing Rick Rude via his second Rude Awakening
Time: 22 minutes and 40 seconds
Note: Outside of the ring Muraco did have the better of Rude and caused him to bleed from a few head collisions with the ring posts.

W - Hawk via Flying Clothesline

Note: Williams battled hard but lost a lot of blood that led to his weakened state at the end.

Show went off the air with Hawk raising his North American Championship belt for all to see.
