I am flabergasted at the run of bad luck that A.J. Styles had on that last card!
Un-real!
Talk about a bad night!
Awesome card even with that being considered.

I thought AJ and Lethal would have placed better but the dice seemed to be against them. sometimes the dice seem to look at the plans and say "Nope" we're doing this instead. EOH hasn't been very honorable either and the handshake and rules are more like hopeful suggestions.

@barflymike
Count me as another reader who is blown away by the bad luck Styles and Lethal had. Stern just steamrolled the rest of the competition. Seemed like he and Buddy Rogers were the class of the competition.
Quick question, you had a handful of matches that ended rather quickly. Just wondering if you were using basic PIN ratings for the round robin tournament? Seems like it would be a good idea for such a big card, but I wasn't sure if that is why you had some quick matches or if the dice were just hot.

Needless to say, I was hoping for AJ to emerge as champion... But, it just wasn't in the cards (or dice, as the case may be)... Steen better remain on his A-game because there is plenty of talent lining up for a shot at the belt...
Very surprised that Jacobs managed to beat Richards in the main event... That Railroad Spike is an unquestionable equalizer...
Excellent show!

Jacobs is one in the long line of hot potato holders. I might throw a party if anyone survives a defense with the belt. coupled with the roll to decide basic or advance PIN has made some interesting results. yeah that Railroad Spike just cut Richards down who used the Zombie Princess as a training dummy most of the fight. so S.C.U.M. has two belts low be to those who covet their property

That's actually a really good idea when you have those marathon type tournaments in a single night (i.e. KOTR). Also, wanna give some heat to auto correct for making Steen, "Stern" on my phone lol

Based on the recent history of the Wired title, one would have to guess that Jacobs will probably not retain... Can't wait to see who's name gets pulled from the lottery basket...
Always great to see 'P1' AJ Styles in action... Play on, my friend... Play on!

EVOLUTION of Honor 1.05 from Klotsche Center, University W-M Campus
Mister E was in the ring and said that with the champions all crowned he was going to reveal HOW challengers were selected. In the tag teams for example a team needed three points or three wins. However a loss would wipe out the points and the attempt would start again. To challenge for the Grand Championship a wrestler needed five points. The Interstate title they would need three points. The Wired championship was picked via the Lethal Lottery each week. Mister E said that tonight the Road Warriors had acquired the needed points and were facing the Foreign Legion for the DDT titles in the main event. Mister E announced that he was making Ted DiBiase defend the Interstate title in a 4-corner survival against Mike Mondo, Rhett Titus and Rhino. After tonight they would need three points to challenge. He said the Wired title was still on the line. At this point he was interrupted by Mike Bennett who came out wanting a shot at the Grand Championship. Mister E went over the points and said Bennett had none with his recent loss. “You are welcome to try again Mr. Bennett.” Mister E walked away. Bennett called out Kevin Steen challenging him to a match. Steve Corino came out and said he’d fight him as the leader of S.C.U.M. already had a worthy opponent lined up.
Mike Bennett w/Maria & Brutal Bob vs. Steve Corino -Bennett was in trouble and Brutal Bob saved him each time until Jimmy Jacobs chased him away. Corino was going to finish Bennett when Maria sprayed something in his eyes allowing Bennett to hit the PHOTO FINISH and get the three count. (Bennett: 4 – Corino: 1) Winner: Mike Bennett via pin fall
Bennett and entourage retreated as Corino and Jacobs vowed revenge. Albano and Heenan were talking about the points system and Albano said that only a few men were undefeated in singles action. Heenan said one of those was his Destroyer who was in a 8-man tag match later tonight. Up next they had a 4-corner survival.
4-CORNER SURVIVAL MATCH: Tommas Ciampa vs. Roderick Strong w/Truth Martini vs. Jimmy Snuka vs. Bruiser Brody -Brody was a beast here as the other men kept getting interrupted when they tried building offense. Brody took the fight with Snuka out of the ring which allowed Strong to get the win over Ciampa with the SICK KICK and a three count. (Fatigue: Ciampa: 3 – Snuka: 1 – Strong: 3 – Brody: 2) Winner: Roderick Strong via pin fall
Brody wasn’t paying attention as he tossed Snuka into the crowd. Security was there and broke it up but fans answered Brody as he yelled “HUSS! HUSS!” Albano and Heenan talked about the wildman and what it would take to control or at least contain Bruiser Brody.
AJ Styles vs. Rob Van Dam -The crowd chanting “AJ STYLES-ROB VAN DAM!” saw a display of high flying back and forth action. The action spilled to the floor as Styles hit the STYLES CLASH off the apron to the floor and the referee counted twenty as RVD was down for the count. (Fatigue: Style: 2 – RVD: 3) Winner: AJ Styles via count out
Heenan winced as officials helped RVD. Albano said maybe they should remove Honor from the title as everyone is out to destroy each other. They talked as the Wolves came to the ring and talked about how the Wolves showed no dissention over their fight in the lethal lottery over the Wired championship.
C&C Wrestle Factory vs. American Wolves -Back and forth and while the Wolves controlled large portions. Coleman took a beating from both Edwards and Richards but a tag to Cedric and the C&C CONNECTION COMBO (+3) gave the win to the C&C. (Fatigue: Coleman: 6 – Alexander: 2 – Richards: 2 – Edwards: 3) Winners: C&C Wrestle Factory via pin fall
Albano said C&C had two wins and one more and they could get a shot at the DDT belts. Heenan snarked they would blow it. They talked about the Grudge Match and Shelton Benjamin who was out to avenge Charlie Haas against the Young Bucks one beating at a time.
GRUDGE MATCH: Shelton Benjamin vs. Matt Jackson w/Nick Jackson -Matt spent too much time showboating and Benjamin overpowered him and a turnbuckle powerbomb got the three count. (Fatigue: Benjamin: 1 – Matt: 3) Winner: Shelton Benjamin via pin fall
Nick Jackson was checking on his brother when he was blindsided by the EOH Grand Champion Kevin Steen. Steen treated Nick like this was a hockey fight as he beat him against the ring apron before throwing him into the ring.
Kevin Steen (EOH Grand Champ) vs. Nick Jackson -Steen continued to abuse Nick with several apron powerbombs then finally ended it with the F-CINQ. (Fatigue: Nick: 3) Winner: Kevin Steen via pin fall
Kevin Steen grabbed the microphone. “This is the representative of every loser back there. Heck he has the same amount of talent as all of you.” Steen was interrupted by the arrival of the returning Adam Page. Steen left before Page could speak but EOH fans were going wild.
4-CORNERS SURVIVAL - EOH INTERSTATE TITLE MATCH; Ted DiBiase (champion) vs. Rhett Titus vs. Mike Mondo vs. Rhino -DiBiase and Rhino worked together to punish Titus and Mondo tried to sneak a quick win but a vicious GORE! As Rhino dragged Titus out of the ring and DiBiase pinned Mondo. (Fatigue: Titus: 3 – Mondo: 4 – Rhino: 1 – DiBiase: 1) Winner: Still champion: Ted DiBiase via pin fall
Rhino took up position behind DiBiase as the Million Dollar Man taunted the fans as the referee put the Interstate title around his waist. Albano was disgusted as Rhino was now DiBiase’s hired thug while Heenan said that DiBiase was smart buying Rhino’s services. They continued to argue back and forth as Trish Stratus came out.
Trish welcomed everyone to Satisfaction with Trish. She said in the last few weeks EOH has seen some great talent come to the ring. however her guest this time was a man who missed his debut and several matches. she introduced Bryan Danielson who came out. The American Dragon said he missed EOH #1 due to contract obligations and the recent weeks due to his previous place was blocking his leaving. The American Dragon said he would make his debut at EOH #8.
Heenan and Albano talked about Danielson and his abilities. Albano said the landscape might look very different if the American Dragon had been here since the beginning.
Michael Elgin w/Truth Martini vs. Hacksaw Jim Duggan -it went back and forth in and out of the ring but Elgin with six straight Buckle Bomb’s pinned the unconscious Duggan. (Fatigue: Duggan: 8 – Elgin: 1) Winner: Michael Elgin via pin fall
Albano said Elgin was a beast and he wasn’t in contention due to his actions at EOH #1. Heenan admitted that Martini had made a miscalculation but now Elgin is unleashed and hungry. Homicide vs. Gorgeous George w/Cherie Dupree -George made the error of slapping Homicide at the opening and from there it was all the 187 as he punished Dupree with piledrivers and lariats. The referee was dealing with Cherie and didn’t see Homicide use the fork from his boot and after busting George open hitting another lariat and getting the three count. (Fatigue: George: 3) Winner: Homicide via pin fall
Albano said Homicide took insult and made George his Heenan cut him off wondering who was going to get in this thugs way. Madison Rayne entered the ring with the tumbler and Jimmy Jacobs came out with Steve Corino as Madison went thru with the Lethal Lottery and announced that Jacobs would be facing…Lou Thesz. The Wired champion and Corino taunted Thesz as Albano said the odds have not been in the champions favor as not one champion survived his defense.
LETHAL LOTTERY: EOH WIRED CHAMPIONSHIP: Jimmy Jacobs (champion) w/Steve Corino vs. Lou Thesz -Corino distracting Thessz nearly allowed Jacobs with a schoolboy get the win right away. Thesz with the THESZ PRESS but Cornio distracted the referee. Thesz hit a second THESZ PRESS and this time got the three count (Fatigue: Thesz: 1 – Jacobs: 1)
Corino jumped Thesz and soon Jacobs and Kevin Steen came out and joined in. Corino with the OLD SCHOOL LARIAT as Jacobs with the RAILROAD SPIKE and Steen with the PACKAGE PILEDRIVER. Over and over S.C.U.M. assaulted the new champion and as officials tried to interfere they were tossed out of the ring. Steen was ranting that this would happen to every person that tried to stand up to S.C.U.M. Mister E came out and said enough was enough as medical personnel tended to Thesz. He was suspending all three members of S.C.U.M for three shows. Steen laughed as he shouldered the EOH Grand championship. Corino and Jacobs followed him as they left, security skittish as they kept their distance.
Albano and Heenan talked about what they just saw and Heenan said it looked like Thesz wasn’t going to make his fist defense next week with the beating he just took. They then talked about te 8-man match as the return of both Randy Savage and Adam Page was going to add fuel to this match. Heenan left the announce table to the annoyance of Albano
8-MAN TAG TEAM MATCH: The Destroyer, Harley Race, Curt Henning & Randy Savage w/Bobby Heenan vs. Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly, El Generico & Jay Lethal -Wild match with several near falls, hot tags and high risks in and out of the ring. fans went crazy as Lethal hit Hail to the King on Henning while Savage hit the FLYING ELBOW SMASH on O’Reilly. The two men went and did each again. They were going for third attempts when The Destroyer shoved Lethal off to the floor and Generico with help from Page hit the BRAINBUSTAAAHHH!!! (+6) on Savage and Page took out the Destroyer as Generico got the three count. (Fatigue: Cole: 4 – O’Reilly: 5 – Generico: 4 – Lethal: 4 – Race: 1 – Savage: 3 – Henning: 5 – Destroyer: 1) Winners: El Generico, Jay Lethal, Adam Cole & Kyle O’Reilly via pin fall
Albano said the fans didn’t use their seats in this match and with the main event next they weren’t sitting down as the Foreign Legion came to the ring wearing the DDT belts. Iron Shek and Volkoff were in their usual pre-match antics when the Road Warriors hit the ring at a run. Albano was rejoined by Heenan as the first punches were thrown. Albano said the Road Warriors were the first team to get the three points and they weren’t going to go easy.
MAIN EVENT EOH DANGEROUS DUO TANDEM CHAMPIONSHIP: Foreign Legion (champions) vs. Road Warriors -It was all Animal as he overpowered Sheik and after some slams and hits and a short brawl on the floor the Road Warriors hit the DOOMSDAY DEVICE and Animal took out Volkoff as Hawk got the three count. (Fatigue: N/A) Winners: New Champions: Road Warriors via pin fall
The Klotsche Center erupted as the Road Warriors claimed what they said they should have night one and became the EOH Dangerous Duo Tandem Champions. Fans noticed the Briscoe Brothers, the American Wolves and C&C Wrestle Factory watching from the entrance. Albano and Heenan talked the shake up this was going to cause and reminded fans to tune in next time for more EOH wrestling.
