Here's what I came up with. First time trying to figure them out on my own, so let me know if I screwed it up.
Thanks.

Hey Steef, good work with the ratings. Here are mine, I used the online text versions, not the printed text ones. So there may be some errors (ie: Probation) in the way the online ones represent the stats. The cards are being updated in such new ways that Rahl never had to deal with, I believe each has their own interpretation. I believe both our lists to be directionally correct and very similar.
I believe most of slight variations from each other comes from how one determines Rahl value when there are multiple finishers. I have the finisher rating value as this: +x pts where x = FINISHER rating (if multiple use average rounded up). Double Finishers on a card of FINISHER (0), FINISHER (+3) are worth +2 (1.5 rounded up), but some interpret the FINISHER rating of multiples as adding them together and having them worth +3, because the original Rahl rule did state: +x pts where x = FINISHER rating.
In addition, how do you place a value on Moog never getting tired in tag matches. Pin rating changes impact Rahl totals by 2 points, so I thought this might be equivalant of erasing 3 tokens and gave him +6. There is no Rahl rule that covers this directly.
GWF Regime Change 2133

I'm sure yours is more accurate. That was my first attempt at doing it, and as you said, there are some "gray" areas that Rahl didn't cover with the new card mechanics. I didn't have any idea how to deal with Moog! Thanks!

Bloodsport's ratings I think should be the new standard.

Whatever happened to Lord Rahl?
I remember drinking beers/tailgating with him in the Cardinals parking lot before a Seahawks/Cardinals game in Arizona 10 years ago but have not seen his name around here recently.
