Great stuff, Pariah. Been getting caught up on the fed and Sonic Boom was great. Loved the finish to the title match and wonder if Code Destroyer will face any repercussions for missing his target. Master Race/Gladiators should be a good feud and Nosfera challenging for the title is a clash of styles that should provide a good matchup. Reading stuff like this makes me want to get started on playing some of the more recent years of GWF.
Your streamlined write-ups are super easy to follow and don't sacrifice much in the way of detail either. One question: is there a reason behind not adding star ratings or times for the matches? I've always been a fan of doing it, personally, but it certainly doesn't detract from your write-ups at all.

I've always been a fan of doing it, personally, but it certainly doesn't detract from your write-ups at all. The main reason that I stopped including star ratings and times is that I found the process too subjective for my liking... Instead, I prefer to simply mention in the write-up if any of those aspects are noteworthy (marathon match or absolute squash - five stars or a dud)... In some of my past feds, I always tried to establish a length and rating for each match, but it started to feel like a chore. Truly appreciate you taking the time to read and share your thought, my friend... I've always enojyed your classic COTG stuff and if you ever dive into one of the more current eras, I will definitely be one of the first to start following along... Hope you enjoy what's to come... Many thanks!

I don't expect Nosfera to win but stranger things have happened. Truer words, never spoken. Can the demon upset the applecart by becoming the third champion in as many title bouts?

I've never liked star ratings either....I only say....great match or something else....and low matches are usually just quick ones but again I'll mention it if it felt bad.

Cosmic Network of Wrestling Showtime Episode 9 (2127.11)
Shock Troopers (Adam Traitor & Code Destroyer) w/ Magnus Colby vs. Titan Conflict (Nitro & Tristan) Shock Troopers defeat Titan Conflict via pinfall when Adam Traitor pins Nitro with TURNCOAT FLYER, a back drop as opponent rebounds off the ropes. (Tokens: Destroyer 3 - Nitro 2) - The Titans execute one complex sequence after another, thrilling the crowd and nearly putting Code Destroyer down for a three count. While Magnus distracts the official, Traitor leaps into the ring and nails Nitro with a cheap shot. Tristan tries to intervene and gets escorted back to his own corner, enabling the Troopers to steal a controversial win.
- In a post-match interview, Magnus is questioned about the botched interference by Code Destroyer that wound up costing Chaos Supreme the Galaxian Heavyweight title. Magnus claims that Code Destroyer was only trying to get a closer look because he thought Endgame was in possession of a concealed foreign object. He is confident that Chaos will reclaim the belt at WAGES of WAR.
Havoc vs. Overtime Havoc defeats Overtime via pinfall with COSMIC NIGHTMARE, a running skull punt. (Tokens: Overtime 1) - Overtime comes at his opponent firing on all cylinders, but fizzles when he misses a high risk move outside the ring. With brutal efficiency, Havoc knocks the Titan star out cold.
- Commissioner Euritar announces that Havoc is the first competitor officially entered into the 4X Jeopardy Challenge at WAGES of WAR for a chance to become the first Interstellar Open champion.
Alpha Female vs. American Guy Alpha Female defeats American Guy via submission with DIRE STRAPH, a crippling full nelson. (Tokens: Alpha 1 - Guy 5) - After being busted open, Guy makes a desperation attempt to retaliate by grabbing his American flag and cracking the staff across Alpha Female's back. The official lets it slide and thinking he has the match won, Guy unloads with AMERICAN FIREPOWER. Alpha Female kicks out with such ferocity that it sends a message and Guy essentially gives up.
- Alpha Female finds The Dark Menace and demands to know why she has not been given a spot in the 4X4 Jeopardy Challenge at WAGES of WAR. Trying hard not to appear nervous, the Menace promises that he will get an answer. Giving him a shove, Alpha Female says that she expects better than an answer to her question. She expects a chance to become the first Interstellar Open champion.
*** SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT *** Cosmic Network of Wrestling presents WAGES of WAR
Galaxian Heavyweight Title Match: Chaos Supreme challenges winner of Endgame (c) vs. Nosfera
Titan Death Match: Monolith vs. Harbinger
Galaxian Tag Team Title Match: Rush & Turmoil (c) vs. Master Race
Paralyze vs. Paganax
4X4 Jeopardy Challenge participants: Havoc
Swarm vs. Balaal w/ Mantis Swarm defeats Balaal via pinfall with VENOMOUS STINGER, a fireman's carry dropped into a knee lift to the jaw. (Tokens: Swarm 5 - Balaal 7) - FIVE STARS! Both men are masked in blood as they push each other beyond the point of exhaustion! Swarm experiences difficulty trying to modify WASP TRAP, a standing sharphooter, for the serpentine body of his opponent. Mantis waits for the official to check on Balaal and then interferes by climbing onto the apron and snapping Swarm's neck across the top rope! Balaal nearly gains the fall with BITE OF THE SERPENT, but Panther Warrior charges from the back and attacks Mantis. The commotion at ringside prevents the official from making a count. Swarm reverses a Serpent Death Lock and clubs Balaal with an AniMan Ax Handle to set up a crowd pleasing finish.
- With emotions already running high, the situation takes a dramatic twist when Prime Colonizer appears on the runway. He points at the four AniMen scattered about ringside. Referring to them as inferior subjects, he says it will only be a matter of time before they are his slaves. Malkuth arrives to voice his objection, stating that he was once considered a slave and will not tolerate the notion of any man being master over another.

Great to see some post-show reactions, TTX, Bri and barflymike4ever... Swarm has a solid win-loss record going and should find himself in title contention very soon... Same can be said for the Shock Troopers, even though their victories have not been as decisive... Havoc is the first participant announced for a chance to become the inaugural Interstellar Open champion... Alpha Female is currently undefeated and makes a convincing argument about being included as well... Could both Black Death infected Aethrans wind up in the 4X4 Jeopardy Challenge final? Truly appreciate the excellent feedback, my friends... Many thanks!
