Styles: Hello and welcome back to Ultimate Kombat Wrestling. I’m Joey Styles and this week we have two exciting title matches to show you as well as great action from all three divisions. Let’s not waste any time and get right to the action.
Sabu vs. vOodOo kAos (Underground)
Sabu gained an early advantage and showed his adeptness at Underground Division matches by using a chair and a ladder as weapons. Not to be outdone, kAos found a large trash can under the ring and delivered a Death Valley driver from the top rope onto the trash can. kAos continued his assault, using a chair and metal pipe that was actually inside the trash can. Sabu battled back and gained a near fall after an Arabian Facebuster. Sabu missed a TRIPLE JUMP MOONSAULT and kAos capitalized, beating Sabu with a GONZO BOMB. After the match kAos went berserk and viciously attacked Sabu, leaving the hardcore legend a bloody mess in the middle of the ring.
Styles: Sabu definitely knows his way around the Underground Division, but it looks like vOodOo kAos just beat him at his own game. I’m also not sure the post match attack was a wise move by kAos as we all know Sabu doesn’t mind bleeding and can definitely give as good as he gets.
3 PAC (Dan Joseph & Dylan Bostic) vs. To Infinity & Beyond (Cheech & Caleb Delaney)
Both teams battle back and forth, trying to gain the advantage until Cheech hit Joseph with a shooting star press. 3 PAC recovered and after each team gained a near fall, the action broke down outside the ring. Bostic attempted to hit Delaney with a chair, but the ref intervened. Joseph would have none of it and shoved the ref out of the way resulting in the ref immediately calling for the disqualification.
Paul London vs. Shane Strickland (Best of the Best)
London had a quick start and gained an early near fall. Strickland recovered and gained a near fall of his own after a rolling cutter. London made a comeback and in a bit of an upset, pinned London pinned Strickland with a SHOOTING STAR PRESS.
Styles: Shane Strickland has been up and down since losing the Best of the Best Title. He beat Chuck Taylor in a match we showed last week, but lost to Paul London here. I’m sure he’ll right the ship soon, get back to his dominating ways and into contention for the title. For our next match we go back to the Underground Division, where ‘Bad Boy’ Joey Janela has been trying to make a name for himself. He’ll definitely get that opportunity as he takes on a hardcore icon in The Sandman.
‘Bad Boy’ Joey Janela vs. The Sandman (Underground)
Sandman quickly gained the advantage and somehow the match ended up in the parking lot. Sandman slammed Janela’s head through the windshield of a car then suplexed him on the hood. Janela was a bloody mess. The action returned to the arena and ringside, where Sandman set up a couple of chairs. Sandman dragged a barely conscious Janela to the ring apron and delivered a suplex onto the chairs. Sandman followed up with a HARDCORE DDT and went for the pin, but Janela somehow managed to get a shoulder up, much to the astonishment of Sandman. Sandman brought a table into the ring and set it up. Sandman attempted a power bomb through the table, but Janela countered with a back body drop, sending Sandman through the table. The action spilled out of the ring, where Sandman recovered. Sandman rolled Janela back into the ring, delivered another HARDCORE DDT and made the pin.
Styles: The Sandman definitely showed why he has the reputation he does. That match was brutal. Next up is the first title defense for UKW Tag Team Champions BLK Out since winning the titles several weeks ago from To Infinity & Beyond. The challenge they face is a tough on in the form of CCK.
UKW TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH
CCK (Chris Brookes & Kid Lykos) vs. UKW Tag Team Champions BLK Out (BLK Jeez & Ruckus)
The champs gained an early near fall after Ruckus hit Brookes with THE HATE CRIME. The champs continued their assault and scored multiple near falls, but just could not put the challengers away. The action continued as the champs continued to dominate their challengers and finally got the victory after Ruckus caught Brookes with THE HATE CRIME one more time and made the pin.
Styles: The champs were dominant, but CCK showed what they were made of as they proved to be tough to put away. Our final match on today’s show is UKW Best of the Best Title defense. PJ Black has worked his way into contention and could be the toughest challenge AR Fox has had since regaining the title from Shane Strickland.
UKW BEST OF THE BEST TITLE MATCH
PJ Black vs. UKW Best of the Best Champion AR Fox
This was a wild, high paced, back and forth match. It was move for move from the opening bell. Each man gained multiple near falls before Fox gained the advantage. Fox took the match to a different level and Black kicked out after back to back LO MEIN PAINs. Fox delivered a kick flip dive to get the victory.
Styles: What a match! Both men came out firing on all cylinders and gave it everything they had from the opening bell. That’s all we’ve got for this week. I’m Joey Styles and I’ll see ya next time.
