(Excalibur and Matt Striker are at the ringside announce position.)
Excalibur: Hello and welcome to Ultimate Kombat Wrestling. I’m Excalibur, he’s Matt Striker and this is Underground. Tonight we will take one step closer to crowning a new UKW Underground Champion.
Striker: That’s right. We have two semifinal tournament matches with the winners facing each other next week on Underground.
Excalibur: Sami Callihan faces Necro Butcher and Drake Younger takes on Jon Moxley. Both of these matches promise to be bloody and violent. Also tonight we have several debuts. We start off the action with two women making their UKW debut.
Kimber Lee vs. Ruby Raze
Lee dominated the early part of the match, even gaining a near fall with a YOSHI TONIC. Raze battled back and gained a near fall of her own with the SOUL EATER. The action spilled out of the ring, where both women brawled to the top of the stands. Raze gained control and sent Lee flying. Lee hit the stands hard and rolled down the stairs all the way to the floor. Lee was now bleeding pretty bad. Raze rolled Lee back into the ring and gained the victory with the SOUL EATER.
(Ian Riccoboni is in the locker room with Dan Maff & Monsta Mack)
Riccoboni: I’m here with Dan Maff and Monsta Mack, Da Hit Squad and gentlemen, you’ve told me you’re here to call another team out.
Maff: We want The Tribe … here … tonight!
Mack: Navajo Warrior … Hawaiian Lion … you think you guys are tough enough to handle Da Hit Squad? Bring it to the ring tonight and we’ll definitely find out.
Riccoboni: Sounds like two tough teams may hook it up here tonight.
Excalibur: The match has been signed for later tongiht as Da Hit Squad laid down the challenge and The Tribe quickly answered.
Striker: Two powerful teams looking to tear each other apart. The match should be wild.
Excalibur: Indeed. Next up two more teams looking to make a name for themselves in UKW.
FEAR (Joe Gacy & Blackwater) vs. Villain Enterprises (PCO & Brody King)
The opening moments of the match saw the action go back and forth, but things really picked up when King delivered a running powerbomb over the top rope to Gacy, sending him through the ringside announce table. King exited the ring and continued his assault. King grabbed a plastic fork from a fan and jabbed it into Gacy’s forehead. The fork shattered, but King wasn’t deterred as he continued to gouge Gacy with the jagged piece of plastic. King followed up with a DDT on a steel chair. King delivered a GONZO BOMB, but Blackwater broke up the subsequent pin attempt. King tagged PCO, who told King to set up a table at ringside. King complied and PCO dragged Gacy out of the ring. PCO delivered a vicious powerbomb throught the table then rolled Gacy’s barely conscious carcass back into the ring. PCO attempted a pin, but Blackwater once again made the save. PCO attempted to follow up with a suicide bomb on the apron, but Gacy somehow rolled out of the way. Gacy finally tagged Blackwater and Blackwater came in a house afire. PCO tagged King and a huge back and forth brawl ensued. King set up another table outside the ring and delivered a nasty piledriver off the apron through the table. King continued his brutal assault outside the ring, smashing Blackwater with a steel chair then delivering a powerbomb on the concrete floor. King rolled Blackwater back into the ring and finally made the pin.
Excalibur: Villain Enterprises knew what they were doing tonight.
Striker: They weren’t foolin’ around. They will fit in nicely here on Underground.
(Excalibur and Matter Striker sit at ringside with the remanents of their announce table surrounding them.)
Excalibur: Next up is the first of two UKW Underground Title Tournament semifinal matches on tonight’s show.
Striker: The diabolical Sami Callihan faces off with the ultra-violent legend Necro Butcher in what could be the most violent matches we’ve seen on Underground.
UKW UNDERGROUND TITLE TOURNAMENT SEMIFINAL
Sami Callihan vs. Necro Butcher
After an early back and forth brawl, Necro took control. Necro delivered four consecutive CHOOSE DEATHS before following up with a NECRO BOMB to get the victory. After the match Necro continued his assault and laid quite the beating on Callihan. Irish Airborne finally came out to make the save.
Excalibur: A little extra-curricular activity by Necro Butcher.
Striker: Indeed. Not sure why Necro felt the need, but the damage is done.
(Excalibur and Matter Striker sit at ringside with the remanents of their announce table surrounding them.)
Excalibur: Coming up next week at Red Carpet Rumble we will see the culmination of the UKW Women’s Title Tournament when Tessa Blanchard meets Jessicka Havoc.
Striker: Lufisto lost to Tessa Blanchard in the semifinals of the tournament and she’s here tonight to get back on the winning track.
Lufisto vs. Heidi Lovelace
Lovelace gained an early advantage, but Lufisto battled back and gained a near fall with a Tiger suplex. Lufisto maintained the advantage until Lovelace knocked Lufisto off the top rope and out of the ring as Lufisto attempted a high risk move from the top turnbuckle. Lovelace battered Lufisto outside of the ring. Loveloace rolled Lufisto back into the ring and pinned her with a FROG SPLASH.
(Dave Marquez is in the locker room with Cheerleader Melissa)
Marquez: I’m here with Cheerleader Melissa and Melissa, earlier on Best of the Best you were disqualified in your match with Allison Danger then attacked her after the match. I wanted to get your thoughts on what transpired.
Melissa: Allison and I have known each other for a long time and sometimes it gets a little heated. That’s what happened.
Marquez: It looked a little more than tempers flaring. I’ve heard that Allison Danger had to receive medical attention and might be out of action for a little while.
Melissa: So you have the audacity to challenge my integrity. You have the nerve to call me a liar.
Marquez: That’s not it at all.
Melissa: That’s what it sounds like.
(Suddenly Leva Bates appears on the scene, wanting answers as well.)
Look … I don’t have to answer to you Marquez. I don’t have to answer to this comic book nerd. I did what I did, so what?
Bates: Melissa, I don’t know what’s crawled up your butt, but if you want to beat up Allison, I’m going to do something about. Next week, you and me on Underground.
Melissa: Leva, you better be careful what you wish for.
(Excalibur and Matter Striker sit at ringside with the remanents of their announce table surrounding them.)
Excalibur: Before the break Leva Bates laid down the challenge to Cheerleader Melissa and it has been acctpted. They will face each other right here next week.
Striker: Another challenge was levied earlier tonight and it was answered as well. Da Hit Squad faces The Tribe in our next match.
Da Hit Squad (Dan Maff & Monsta Mack) vs. The Tribe (Navajo Warrior & Hawaiian Lion) w/Olivia
Maff and Lion started out with a back and forth brawl. Lion gained the advantage after he rammed a ladder into the back of Maff then used a cheese grater on Maff’s foreheard. Lion tagged Navajo, who continued the assault with a DDT on a chair. Maff finally tagged, but so did Navajo. The match continued back and forth until Navajo attempted to superplex Mack through a table, but Mack countered with a super powerbomb, sending Navajo hard through the table. Mack rolled Navajo back into the ring and made the pin.
Excalibur: What a move by Monsta Mack!
Striker: Defintiely a great display of power. Navajo Warrior isn’t a light dude. That definitely took a lot form Mack.
(Excalibur and Matter Striker sit at ringside with the remanents of their announce table surrounding them.)
Excalibur: It’s time for our main event. The winner will face Necro Butcher next week on Underground for the UKW Underground Title.
Striker: Will it be Drake Younger or will it be Jon Moxley? Let’s go to the ring and find out.
UKW UNDERGROUND TITLE TOURNAMENT SEMIFINAL
Drake Younger vs. Jon Moxley
Moxley didn’t waste any time and quickly gained the advantage, delivering a DDT on a steel chair. Moxley followed up by setting up a table at ringside and powerbombing Younger over the top rope, through the table. Back in the ring Moxley delivered MOXICITY and gained a near fall on Younger. Moxley continued his assault and set a chair on the downed Younger’s head. Moxley hammered the chair with another chair and Younger was in trouble as blood began to pool around his head. Moxley quickly made the pin.
Excalibur: With that dominant performance Jon Moxley advances to the UKW Underground Title Tournament final.
Striker: Jon Moxley came out looking to prove he has what it takes to be the champ and he did just that.
Excalibur: I’m sure Necro Butcher was taking notes … nah who am I kidding? These two men are going to be the hell out of each other next week. That’s going to wrap it up for us here. We’ll catch ya next time on Underground.
