GWF varies by what I want to do. When I was running my last 2087 fed that was comprised of squash matches on TV that I was running through the Sim online. So that was like 2-3 shows a week with a couple of angles each week. Then a monthly arena show with actual matches. So a lot of shows a year but I would get through a year quicker than I would playing a weekly show with actual matches.
A typical year I would say has 56-58 shows. A weekly TV show and either quarterly PPVs or a PPV every other month. I try to get most guys about 24-28 matches a year.

Hey now Brucetosis nothing wrong with the number you run lol Think of the longer builds to a program you can accomplish with your number. How many wrestlers do you have on your roster at the moment? I just counted....I have 75, but I just brought about half a dozen back into the fold (this number does not include non-wrestling managers). I have a format where I go deep into storytelling, and try not to have people wrestle on back-to-back shows (unless it's around a PPV). All 75 get play this way, some just fade into the background for a once-in-a-while match while other people in feuds get spotlighted. I feel like I do a pretty good job keeping people around, but if I truly can't figure out what to do with them, I'll put them in a separate pile while I wait for the opportunity for them to come back presents itself. This is all COTG, and I'm in 2098. Yes, I've actually retired people (but on my schedule), and I have only one bootleg. Nice I haven't had a roster size like that since the GWF/CPC sets lol. I use a strict 24 wrestler roster (like the original set of 2087). So a lot of cards can come in and out when I want to keep shake things up. I'd love to do a 60 card year again but won't be happening for a long time lol
