Picked this up finally in digital form (will get the physical later) nice work by Ty and company. I have like five sets I need to get digitally on payday. I can't afford to play physical and digital. I'm an 'analogue' guy myself. I much prefer physical media over digital for certain reasons, but its hard to argue against the convenience and ease of digital. If I had a choice I prefer physical, but I can understand only being able to chose one format. Its tough!

With GWF and stuff, that's digital only now.
Because TM sends me stuff I work on, I normally buy physical for Indy sets.
However, I wanted to have a few more options for online women's matches so I picked up this set so I could have a bit of variety.

Yeah, young children and card & dice games likely don't mix too well. You'd just be asking to come home to find your cards destroyed one day and those tiny red & blue dice eaten. lol

For video and audio I only do digital if I can help it. But for games I still prefer physical. I'm an old school guy with some things.

For LOW and the rest of the FG stuff, I prefer physical cards for one main reason... my internet connection has a history of going down for no reason (no apparent reason, anyway) and it happens a lot during my free time hours... late at night.
Therefore, I play with the cards because if my connection does go down, and sometimes it goes down for hours, I won't be stuck with nothing to do.
AS for the actual Shimmer and WSU stuff, the most recent stuff just keeps me fighting with myself over eventually starting an all-women's fed.

Owning the physical cards with digital backups is probably the ideal way to go, though I understand that isn't always possible for people. After losing most of my CotG stuff I've become far more interested in backing up all of my physical stuff digitally.

I keep up with some modern wrestling as there are some guys I am fans of, but I mostly prefer classic stuff. Once you’ve deep dived into the territory era of pro-wrestling it can be difficult to really get into modern pro-wres. That said, its a case of being born too late for the modern talent. Its not their fault the business is the way it is today, but, like Cornette often says, they aren’t always doing it any favors by sometimes even further delegitimizing pro-wrestling with some of the unnecessarily goofy stuff they do.
Then again, I also understand pro-wres is a different beast than it was in the old days, so it’d be foolish to expect the modern product to in any way resemble the stuff that came before. I can see both sides of it and while I much prefer classic stuff, I still can enjoy pro-wrestling post-2000. Its something I don’t think Cornette is able to do, but that’s likely a case of him coming from a different era and thus, being wired somewhat differently than people born during other eras of the business.
