CWF Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Champions Arik Royal and Roy Wilkins are backstage. Royal admits that Rave and Archer were really impressive in that elimination match last week. Adrian Armour d. Lucas Calhoun w/ a cross body block
Lucas Calhoun attacks Armour after the match. He hits a Samoan Drop and then does a variety of Elvis poses and karate moves in the ring before leaving. He shakes Royal's hand and wishes him luck in the Johnny Weaver Memorial Tournament and hopes they'll meet in the finals.

taped from Gibsonville, NC
2017 Johnny Weaver Memorial Cup Winner Cedric Alexander comes down to the ring. He tells the fans that it was a real honor to take part in the tournament for this trophy. It's a real honor to own something that bears the name of an absolute wrestling legend like Johnny Weaver. Now it's time for him to get ready for his next big match and that's challenge Trevor Lee for the CWF Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Championship. He knows that Battlecade is coming up on December 30th and he thinks that would be a great time to challenge for the belt. Lance Archer interrupts. Lance Archer climbs into the ring and just as it looks like they'll come to blows Corey Edsel comes out. He tells them he doesn't want some giant brawl starting this show off. He tells them that they will both get title shots and he will determine who gets the first shot on next week's show.
Chet Sterling d. Jason Kincaid w/ the Blockbuster
