The past two weeks have been utterly ridiculous... With the site being down for several hours almost every day... Can anyone shed some light onto what's going on?

The Online team is aware of this issue. It is related to the back-end server (not the Online product itself). The problem is sporadic and difficult to isolate. We thought that we had found a resolution, but last night's outage obviously proves otherwise. Please understand that we are working on the issue (and several others) and are hoping to come to a solution to the problem soon.
We are obviously disappointed that the fix we attempted was not successful. We apologize to everyone who has been inconvenienced by this and promise to keep working until we "get it right" for our loyal customers.
In the meantime, the outages do not appear to be effecting iOS devices. Promoters who have iPads and iPhones should still be able to login to the site, even when it is otherwise inaccessible from PCs and other devices. This is obviously not a "fix", but we wanted to make people aware so that they have this workaround available to them if it happens again.

I have not been able to log on to online for a week now. I have tried different browsers and even different computers and nothing. Anybody else having issues? Is it all from the same network? Any chance that you had a firewall or other security update last weekend? It is possible that there was an update, I can't immediately remember. It is frustrating to be paying for the pdf of Promoter Prime and I (still) can't access it, but admittedly I am not a computer person by any means. Is there something you recommend? Thanks in advance

Do you have a smartphone? I would try using that to see if the issue is specific to your computer or to your network in general.

Tried my phone and nothing, even tried my phone while I was at work and still nothing unfortunately.
