Less than 2 weeks ago I watched a match between Dynamite Kid and Tiger Mask from 1980s New Japan on my flight home from Japan.
The British Bulldogs and the Road Warriors were my two favorite tag teams (Hart Foundation was 3rd) from the 1980s.
RIP.

I just read on Twitter that Larry Hennig died. I've gotten this confirmed through the wrestling museum. Apparently he passed away overnight.

The Axe is gone! Age 82, seen on YouTube/WWE. Kidney failure I guess he had a history of it?! 😫

I got to see Larry Hennig at the CAC here in Las Vegas and finally met him this past summer at the Hall of Fame in Iowa where he signed his picture in my WWE Encyclopedia. RIP
