A quick update- there were a few extra little goodies added to the PBP simulator for ease of reading and other odds and ends added this week. Hopefully everyone enjoys them. On another note, there have been no outages of the system that the Online team is aware of. If you are seeing the login screen, chances are that the system is up and functioning. If for some reason you do have an issue accessing the system or any other problem with the Online System, please email the technical support team. I've pasted the contact information below as a reminder. Since the team does NOT monitor the discussion board for problems at all times, the BEST way to get attention for an issue you have is to follow the process listed below. Great news, Online Fans! The server migration is complete and FG Online is back up and running.
While we do not expect to see any problems, if you notice a technical issue (something not working properly) while playing Online, please send an e-mail to our technical team that includes the following information:
Operating System (Windows 7, iOS, etc.) Browser Used (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, etc) A description of the issue A screenshot of the error if possible

I can login now, but half of the sets I bought today are not in my account. Send a PM to Tournament Master about it. Rather than PM Todd, it is better to email to the Online team as described above to get the fastest response. Todd is copied on all of those emails, so he will see them as well.

Sometime in the last hour or so, users began noticing login issues. The Online team has been made aware of the issue and will be trying to identify the cause and a solution as soon as possible.
