I kinda suspected Lethal would get the title. The booking makes slightly more sense now though odd they did at TV tapings rather than a PPV.

Really enjoyed the show. Almost a sell out and the UMBC Center provided some solid atmosphere.
Briscoes/Bucks match was easily match of the night. Crowd was hot for the whole deal and Dem Boys had a solid Delaware cheering section.
Marty Scurll should have the belt. One of the loudest pops of the night next to the Bucks.
ROH has a habit of waiting too long to make a switch. They waited way too long to go with Castle and even though I like what he does as champ it was time to make a change. I saw the results today from Va. Kind of surprised they went back to Lethal.

I will say this about the show. It was interesting how sometimes the refs don't even attempt to count when a spot is being set up outside the ring. This wasn't just a one time thing but happened numerous times. Also in the tag title match wouldn't the Briscoes be disqualified when Mark hit the elbow on the ref to stop the count?
Some other fans behind me pointed this out and we noticed it several times during the show. Why have rules if you don't attempt to enforce them?
Anyone have thoughts on this?
