So as I was cleaning out an old email account, I discovered I have a 20 card PDF and a (build your own, lol) 26 page booklet of Early Classics, copyright is 2004 and art is Werner, card creation is Mike Melesky... set is titled "GWF: Early Classic's of the 2070's and 2080's"
Is this something that is ok to offer copies to people or is this one of those taboo things that i shouldn't have even posted about??

That's Mike Melesky's stuff. I wouldn't give that away to anyone.

I really appreciate all of the support Early Classics has received over the years. However, I have never given anyone permission to make a pdf of that set. Please do not distribute it.

No worries, I will definitely keep it to myself. I will say they are amazingly well done and you should be very proud of them...

Wonder why it was never made available on the online store as a pdf like 2074 and the 3 other classic prequel sets? As far as I know you can't buy this anywhere (even on eBay or through Grant/Toaster Boy's Fans of Filsinger site). I would definitely pay $$ to buy a set and print it out myself if a pdf was made available for purchase to the public, and I'm sure others left out in the cold would love to see what sounds like an awesome addition to an awesome game as well. It sucks that so much good stuff went out of print before the rest of us even caught on to Tom's wonderful CotG game and universe

As he stated previously in this thread, it doesn't appear he has any intentions of doing so. Maybe he'll change his mind one day?

I think one reason is that at some point they might revisit Classics. I know Tom toyed with the idea a few years ago....perhaps a full color release of Classics along with some new wrestlers.

Hopefully he will have a change of heart, especially with Christmas approaching and all... Mike, if you're listening, I am bowing on one knee with hands clasped in earnest, groveling at your figurative presence to have mercy on those of us unworthy of your bountiful hoard, yet trembling as I bravely utter the words anyway: "Please, sir, a gift for us peasants"? Troy, I would much rather prefer the original Early Classics in all their (presumably since I've never seen them, obviously) glorious black & white old-school style. Guess I'm weird like that. Seems more nostalgic to me.

I remember that set. Still have it when it was first out. Really like the way it was done. It helped give me an idea of how the classic years was. And definitely fun to play. I always admire Mike M.
