I don’t really play traditional Legends, and have gotten out of the GWF, however I would fully support an Indie project, and I know people who don’t come to the board anymore who would be all over a GWF Kickstarter.

Have a few ideas that I would be interested in doing that may work for kickstarter. A few off the top of my mind:
New Champions of the Galaxy live show to coincide with GalactiCon next year Color Early Classics for COTG Relaunch of Chikara with entire current roster
What other ideas to folks have?

How about to print the older PDF-only Promoter Prime cards?

If maintenance/upkeep on CotGOnline is a bugbear (and I gather it is from some of the comments I've seen in that forum), I'd be all over a crowd funded standalone program that imported in our Legends (and CotG) Online purchases (and allowed for more flexible bootleg art and creation, since it wouldn't be tied to Filsinger Servers anymore). Bringing all the old CotG sets into Online would be the one way that would get me back into CotG in the online realm (starting with Early Classics and working up, including the CPC sets). (as you may have gathered, I'm rather focused on Online...sorry)

I've been a supporter of Online since day one, but the ship seems to have sailed on what's to come. What we got were patches basically to keep the money flowing in without fixing the real issues for the consumer. I'm just saying, "Why should I pay X when I bought X's product on X. X belongs to the person making money from that which is sold on X.

See, that Chikara idea? I’d be totally into that.
Of course, the way Chikara produces talent, it would be out of date in about two months. But I’d still buy the hell out of it.

I'd really like a new Chikara starter set so I'd definitely be supporting that, but the other ideas are good too.

X belongs to the person making money from that which is sold on X. For all intents and purposes, it would be a standalone overhaul. One that could run offline, and only *needed* online connectivity to buy/add the sets. As I said elsewhere, I'm about 85% happy with Online in the few weeks I've been using it, but I'd sure like to be 95% happy with it. =)

Interesting idea though perhaps the toughest one to pull off.
