Wouldn’t a D1 be a marble? Good point. D2 a coin... How about 1D6 instead.

we've been doing the coin toss to see if they revert back to newer form and if they don't after the match we roll a 1d6 to see if they are stuck with a max of 6 shows then Godsend uses force to change them back which is painful and they miss 2 shows.

The official rule for the reversion is the wrestler reverts for the rest of the match, then reverts back to their 2134 self.
Here is the official and original text from Tom's first draft of the 2134 cards:
Reversion: Ghenna may revert back to his animalistic self for the rest of the match. Roll two dice. On rolls of 2-9 he remains in his current form. On rolls of 10-12 continue the match using his previous playing card. Fatigue tokens carry over.
Reversion: Sur may revert back to his former self for the rest of the match. Roll two dice. On rolls of 2-10 he remains in his current form. On rolls of 11-12 continue the match using his previous playing card. Fatigue tokens carry over.
Reversion: Bex may revert back to his former self for the rest of the match. Roll two dice. On rolls of 2-9 he remains in his current form. On rolls of 10-12 continue the match using his previous playing card. Fatigue tokens carry over.
We shortened them because the text was too long on the playing cards.
Hope that clears it up!

For me it is back to normal by next card but for story line purposes I might let it carry over for awhile sometime down the road.

Since I can go for a while between shows, I'm definitely going to stick to the revert after match since I'd probably forget who reverted if I don't write it in the match.
