If Galacticon is any judge, they definitely lie. Hey now, what happens at Galacticon stays at Galacticon. Or is that Vegas. well at Galacticon this past Summer I defeated Godsend in the first round of a tournament using Climber

Hey now, what happens at Galacticon stays at Galacticon. Or is that Vegas. well at Galacticon this past Summer I defeated Godsend in the first round of a tournament using Climber Wait, so Vegas is IN Galacticon? This is so confusing. As far as the match that seems legit. Godsend didn't take Climber serious and got upset. Godsend was blinded by the spotlight.

Had the same problem with Darius Carter from Tier 1, he had a long losing streak until he won the Tier 1 Title then defeated Christopher Daniels to be the United States Heavyweight Champion. Sometimes those dice can be a bastard sometimes.

Great thread and a fun read.
I agree that the dice can be frustrating. I Just had colour Brody job out clean to Albano in my ULWL Fed which capped off a series of disappointing results for Brody squashing my plans for him. However, at the same time, the crazy results are what makes the game fun and keeps us promoters guessing all the time. Break out your creativity and let them roll!

I love upsets and sometimes I am surprised when I read other people's feds and never seen any. Upsets can completely ruin storylines though! A few months ago, I bought King Kong Bundy into my fed to routinely squash jobbers before building up to a title fight, but after four relatively easy wins, he got owned by Hillbilly Jim. I've had Terry Gordy lose back to back matches to SD Jones, Ron Hutchison has beaten the Iron Sheik clean and recently Randy Rose & Marty Jannetty dominated the Road Warriors from start to finish. The Roadies had gone on a 21 match winning streak beforehand.
Heck, even Mr X has won clean a couple of times..
It's what keeps the game fun!

In my previous LOW fed (of which my current LOW fed is a spinoff,) One Mang Gang made his debut and lost to George South. George South in his next match also defeated Don Muraco. But with his newer and weaker color card, George South has not won any matches in my fed yet.

This is why I don't run storylines in my fed but relax, sit back and let the results pan out.
By the way, I haven't forgotten about my fed. I've just been preoccupied by Soccer Blast but I'm almost finished with that game.

Right now I'm running the Legendary Wrestling Grand Prix (my version of the G1 Climax). Since Harley Race is in the same block as the rest of his Heenan Family members Killer Kowalski and King Kong Bundy, Ricky Landell has gotten the nod to be Race's partner in the undercard matches. Well, Landell has performed REALLY well, so now I'm thinking he may just get recruited into the Heenan Family (especially since Race and Kowalski are not getting along since Kowalski repeatedly acts like he doesn't know his place as #2 behind Race).

I had a season-long story plotted out for Moose in my ROH fed that would have led to a potentially epic feud with Kenny Omega that could have included the world title. Three months of Moose not picking up wins caused me to scrap the whole thing and start something else after sending Moose packing. This made me reconsider how I would book programs in the future and become less dependent on results driven story lines.
