If the winner of tournament match is injured should the loser of the match then advance

Wrestler in the next round gets a BYE. That's how I'd do it.

I say no as IMO someone who loses a tournament match should not be allowed to advance to the next round. Instead, as Toasterboy said, the opponent in the next round gets a bye. You then have a storyline you can use for when the injured wrestler returns if they want to challenge the winner of the tournament and/or the wrestler they would have faced in the next round.

DEPENDING WHAT ROUND
How about a second chance match with the losers fight to see who moves on. Or the wrestlers next opponent gets a bye

Mr Killjoy here (ha ha) what I do , the next round match the opponent gets a bye .
But thinking about it and seeing as the majority do it , the loser advancing it not a bad idea

Actually... I'd say it depends on what angle (if any) you want to run. Any decision works, as long as whatever storyline that comes from it is beneficial to your fed. Probably the most controversial decision is the one that will sell the most tickets in the future. IMHO storyline trumps all... and with that, heat sells many more tickets than storylines!  |
