INTERNATIONAL EXTREME COMBAT (IXC)
Welcome to my new fed.
I am combining elements of Major League Wrestling, MMA, and amateur wrestling into this fed, and I hope you will like it. Here are some of the rules I'll be using.....
PINS On a Pin roll that results in same number as pin rating, there is a reroll. If number is same as pin rating or less wrestler is pinned or submits. If it is greater, wrestler kicks out or escapes submission and the match continues as normal. A “2” rolled at any time constitutes a knockout/blackout.
LEAVING THE RING In the past I've always prevented defensive wrestlers from leaving the ring on their own accord. Now I am changing that. When a defensive wrestler rolls “lv” one die will be rolled. On an ODD roll wrestler leaves the ring and rolls on Out Of The Ring chart. On an even roll wrestler is considered Down and match continues as normal.
ATTAINING VICTORY Victory can be obtained by Pinfall Submission Blood Stoppage Count Out Disqualification
For IXC I am instituting another new rule – No Time Limit Draws whatsoever. If there is no winner after regulation time then the match goes to “The Judges”. This is a modification of the “Iron Man Match With Three Judges' Decision” chart posted on the Message Boards by Sheila.
Judge 1 awards the match to the wrestler with the most number of POINTS. Here's where the amateur wrestling influence comes in. As the match progresses, points are awarded to each wrestler as follows 4 PTS – Each Near Fall/Near Submission 3 PTS – Each Takedown (Down-3 rolled by defensive wrestler) 2 PTS – Each Reversal (Defensive wrestler rolls his/her name in all caps) 1 PT – Each Pin/Submission Escape (Doubles, except 2, rolled on a pin roll, and defensive wrestler takes over on Level 2 Offense)
Judge 2 awards the match to the wrestler with the LOWEST pin rating
Judge 3 awards the match to the wrestler with the higher number after subtracting Pin Rating from Points Accrued
There is the possibility of a Draw coming from how the results are calculated here, which could lead to some interesting stuff down the road. We will just have to see how it plays out.
INJURIES
I will be using the Blood And Guts rules to determine Cut Injuries, if any, during the match. At the end of the matches I will be rolling 1D6 to determine any additional injuries, and for each 1 rolled, I will be using a modified version of the Blood Bowl injury chart. I think this will add more realism to IXC.
If any of my fellow promoters have suggestions in good faith, they are always welcome to post them here or send them to me in a private message.
GAMBLING
Once I get thru the tournament to crown the first champions I will introduce a Gambling Odds chart to the fed. More on that later.
It's time to kick off the action.
Until Braun Strowman becomes champion!
Scott

INTERNATIONAL EXTREME COMBAT (IXC) Saturday, November 3, 2018 Christmas Combat Begins
We welcome you live to the IXC Arena in the 1000 block of South Main Street, Centerville, OH.
Inside this converted former Kroger store, Owner and Commissioner Scott address the near capacity crowd of 8200. He welcomes them all to IXC Arena in Warm And Cheerful Centerville, OH. Except here in IXC, it's going to be Hot And Violent.
Over 400 men and 140 women are on the IXC roster. They were looking for something different than storylines, favortism, and not being allowed to be themselves. IXC gives them that freedom. IXC will be more about a simple philosophy that guided legendary manager Jim Cornette; two guys, or girls, are going to fight, who's going to win?
To find that out, tonight we begin the Christmas Combat Tournaments. Thirteen (13) men will be selected to compete in a 13-week Round Robin tournament to crown the first IXC Grand Champion. Thirteen women will also be selected to earn spots in the Christmas Combat Women's Battle Royal to crown the first IXC Women's Grand Champion. Let's meet the male competitors, selected by blind draw, right now (As each competitor is introduced they come into the ring to shake hands and exchange pleasantries with Scott)
One half of the Sandwich Squad, at 6-4, 396 pounds – AARON BIGGS (“Got anything to eat?” “Uh, no, sorry” “Damn, I was hungry”)
Former two time World Heavyweight Champion and the Original Nature Boy, at 6-1, 227 pounds – BUDDY ROGERS (“To a nicer guy, it couldn't happen”)
Known as the Mormon Giant and one of the most agile big men in wrestling, at 6-9, 320 pounds – DON LEO JONATHAN (“Hello”)
He's been successful as a wrestler, manager, and as a “King Of Men”, at 5-10, 230 pounds – FREDDIE BLASSIE (“Pencil Neck Geek”)
A former six time World Heavyweight Champion and known as one of the toughest, if not THE toughest, men in wrestling, at 6-1, 268 pounds – HARLEY RACE (“Whaddaya mean one of?”)
Known as the Handlebar Haberdasher, at 6-1, 174 pounds – MARION FONTAINE (“One must maintain dignity even when pursuing a pugilistic pursuit”)
A former UFC star and current “King Of Bros”, at 6-1, 220 pounds – MATT RIDDLE (“Yo Bro, Cool to meet ya”)
Known as “The Bruiserweight”, he comes by the name honestly, at 5-10, 205 pounds – PETE DUNNE (“Ya got that right, mate, want me to straighten your fingers?” “No, but thanks for asking”)
Madness abounds when this guy is around, a former World Champion in his own right, at 6-1, 248 pounds – RANDY SAVAGE (“Good to meet ya, I'm the MACHO MAN, oooh yeaaaah, DIG IT”)
He is a multi-time Heavyweight Champion on the Independent circuit, and is best known for his stints in the former WWF, at 6-0, 342 pounds – RUSTY BROOKS (“Ya know, nobody thinks I can go far here, but I'll show 'em, jobber my ass”)
A second-generation wrestler who counts Jake Roberts and Rockin' Robin among his siblings, at 6-2, 215 pounds – SAM HOUSTON (Whoo-ee, pleasure to meet ya, partner)
Not much is known about him, but he plans to go far here in IXC, at 5-9, 190 pounds – THE SHARD (Shakes hands politely and says nothing)
The very first WWE UK Champion, now hoping to become the very first IXC Grand Champion, at 5-7, 175 pounds – TYLER BATE (“And I will”)
Scott then announces the IXC Christmas Combat Women's Tournament will begin on November 14, as women will compete in Singles matches to earn spots in the Battle Royal.
The Men's Tournament will begin on November 10, but the men don't want to wait and start brawling amongst themselves. As security separates them, Round 1 matches are as follows:
Aaron Biggs V. “The Original Nature Boy” Buddy Rogers “King Of Bros” Matt Riddle V. “Macho Man” Randy Savage Don Leo Jonathan V. Tyler Bate “Handlebar Haberdasher” Marion Fontaine V. Rusty Brooks “King Of Men” Freddie Blassie V. Shard Harley Race V. Sam Houston BYE – Pete Dunne
We'll see you then, and who knows, there may be more surprises then.

Hey awsomsinger ! Really digging the premise you have going on here. Looking forward to how this plays out. The gigantic rosters are intriguing. Thanks Bri - I have collected a ton of cards over the years and I'd like to give them all a look, so I figured this was the best way to do it. I'm not much into tag team wrestling, as I prefer one on one over anything. That comes from my martial arts days. Tell all your friends about IXC, and be sure to visit us at the IXC Arena - 1000 block of South Main Street in Centerville, OH

Looking good Scott, Pulling for Phantasy & Don Leo Jonathan so far. Those are good choices, Bri - Here's a little preview for you; Phantasy will get the winner of Burn VS KC Spinelli, and DLJ gets the winner of Sam Houston VS Pete Dunne in the second round of the Winner's Bracket. I personally would like to see how far Rusty Brooks can go, but I'm always one to pull for the underdog. If he gets by Harley Race (NEVER an easy task) he will enjoy a near 2-1 weight advantage over either Tyler Bate or Marion Fontaine. So there's some spoilers for you to dwell on. I'm picking Randy Savage and Amazonia myself. So what say my other fellow promoters?
