LWF 6:05 Wrestling 28 1. Stan Hansen vs. Scott Casey Hansen bulldozed Casey in the early minutes of the match. Casey battled back and hit a powerslam for a two count. Casey hit a bulldog but Hansen got his shoulder up. Casey hit a reverse neckbreaker but Hansen got his foot on the ropes. Casey measured Hansen and hit a knee lift for the upset victory!
Winner - Scott Casey by pinfall
2. The Taylors Vs. The Powers of Pain Tugboat and Warlord started the match. Tugboat went for a back suplex but Warlord blocked it and the Powers of Pain hit the Power Plex for a near fall. The Barbarian hit a shoulder breaker and Warlord attacked Chaz as the referee made the three count.
Winners - The Powers of Pain by pinfall
After the match, the Powers of Pain attacked Chaz and gave him the Doomsday Device, the Road Warriors’ finisher!
3. The Crusher Vs. Bull Curry - LWF Southern Heavyweight title match Curry drilled The Crusher with a foreign object at the opening bell and threw him out of the ring. Curry manhandled The Crusher on the outside and rolled him back in. Bull hit a series of punches and made the cover but The Crusher kicked out. Bull hit a second series of punches but The Crusher kicked out with power. Curry smashed The Crush with a chair but the Crusher got back to his feet. Curry thumbed The Crusher in the eye and hit a body slam for the win.
Winner - Bull Curry by pinfall. Bull Curry is the new LWF Southern Heavyweight champ!
4. Jerry Brisco vs. Bill White White overpowered Brisco and brought him down with an arm bar. White hit a shoulder breaker for a two count. White whipped Jerry to the ropes and Jerry hit a sunset flip for a two count. Jerry locked on the figure four leglock and White tapped out.
Winner - Jerry Brisco by submission
5. Blackjack Mulligan & Larry Hennig vs. The Quebecers Mulligan and Jacques started the match. Mulligan tossed Rougeau around the ring but Jacques bounced back and hit a dropkick for a near fall. The Quebecers hit the Tower of Quebec but Mulligan kicked out. Pierre and Mulligan brawled on the outside and the Quebecers hit the Tower of Quebec a second time for a near fall. The Quebecers hit the tower of Quebec a third time but Mulligan got his foot on the ropes. Pierre went to the top rope and hit a flying cross body for the win.
Winners - The Quebecers by pinfall
6. JIm Londos vs. Abdullah the Butcher Londos went on the offensive at the opening bell. Londos took Abdullah to the mat with a crotch lift and slam but couldn’t keep the Butcher down. Abdullah took control but Londos battled back. Abdullah shut him down with a nerve hold. Abdullah gouged Londos with a fork, opening a wound on the Golden Greek’s forehead. Abdullah threw Londos to the outside and hit the torture rack slam on the concrete. Londos beat the count back into the ring but was visibly favoring his back. Abdullah whipped Londos the ropes and the two men collided. Londos got to his feet first and went to work. Londos hit the fireman’s carry slam and locked on the Boston Crab but Abdullah made it to the ropes.
Londos hit the fireman’s carry slam a second time but couldn’t keep the Butcher down. Londos hoisted Abdullah up into the airplane spin but it wasn’t enough to put Abdullah away. Londos heaved Abdullah up into a second airplane spin adn the crowd counted the rotations but Abdullah wouldn’t give up. Londos scooped Abdullah up and hit the fireman’s carry slam for a third time but Abdullah kicked out. Londos hit a fourth fireman’s carry slam but Abdullah tried rolling out of the ring. Londos hit a fifth fireman’s carry slam and a crotch lift and slam but Abdullah got entangled in the ropes. Londos picked up Abdullah the Butcher in a third airplane spin and the Butcher finally gave up.
Winner - Jim Londos by submission
After the match, Jim Londos got on the mic and thanked the fans for coming. He said he was going on a European tour but he’d be back in a couple months. The show went off the air with the crowd chanting “Please don’t go!” to the Golden Greek.

LWF 6:05 Wrestling 29 The show opened with the announcement that the LWF Brass Ring challenge will kick off in two weeks. Eight independent wrestling stars will compete for a short term contract and a shot at the LWF Southern Heavyweight title. It was also announced that Stan Hansen will face Scott Casey at LWF Presents Theater of Pain in a rematch from last week’s upset.
1. Tiger Conway Jr vs. Ric McCord Ric McCord went for an arm drag at the opening bell but Tiger hit a dropkick and covered him for a two count. Conway hit the flying head butt by McCord kicked out. Tiger went to the top and hit a cross body block for the win.
Winner- Tiger Conway Jr by pinfall
2. The Blue World Order Vs. The Heavenly Bodies (with Jim Cornette) Stan Lane and the Blue Meanie started the match for their respective teams. The Meanie stalled and did his dance but Stan Lane took over and took the Meanie down with a flurry of karate kicks. Lane hit the Russian Leg Sweep for a near fall and tagged in Tom Prichard. The Blue Meanie battled back and tagged in Nova. Nova hit a flying body press from the top for a two count. Prichard rolled out of the ring and suckered Nova into following him. Prichard and Lane hit a double suplex for a two count. Lane and Prichard hit the flapjack for the win.
Winners - The Heavenly Bodies by pinfall
After the match, Jim Cornette and the Heavenly Bodies took some seats near ringside.
3. The Crusher vs. JJ Dillon JJ jumped the Crusher at the opening bell. The Crusher battled back and the match spilled out of the ring. The two men brawled outside the ring and the referee lost control. The Crusher brained JJ with the ring bell, earning the disqualification.
Winner - JJ Dillon by disqualification
After the match, Gordon Solie caught up with The Crusher. The Crusher said he had a lot on his mind, letting a couple lucky bums get the better of him. The Crusher said his main goal was to get back on the right track and get a shot at the LWF World Heavyweight title and that bum, Vader.
4. Lou Thesz vs. Rock Riddle Riddle attacked Thesz at the opening bell but Thesz turned it around and hit a Thesz Press for a two count. Thesz hit a Greco-Roman Backdrop for a quick win.
Winner - Lou Thesz by pinfall
5. The Rock and Roll Express vs. Ted DiBiase & Bob Roop Ricky Morton and Bob Roop started the match. Roop outwrestled Morton and hit a big shoulder breaker for a near fall. Roop tagged in DiBiase. DiBiase hit a full power slam for a two count. DiBiase locked on the Figure Four but Morton made his way to the ropes. DiBiase pointed at Jim Cornette and Cornette gave him a nod. DiBiase adjusted his glove and blasted Morton with it. Morton crumbled and the referee called for the bell.
Winners - The Rock and Roll Express by disqualification
After the match, the Heavenly Bodies and Jim Cornette entered the ring and the five heels attacked the Rock and Roll Express until Steve Williams and Jim Duggan came out of the crowd in street clothes and made the save.
6. Vader vs. Larry Hennig - LWF World Heavyweight title match Hennig backed Vader into a corner at the opening bell but the Mastodon turned things around and crushed Hennig with a running body avalanche. Vader hit the Vader bomb for a quick win.
Winner - Vader by pinfall, his 7th defense of the LWF World Heavyweight title
After the match, Vader went up for another Vader Bomb but Curt Hennig hit the ring. Hennig and Vader brawled as the show went off the air.

LWF 6:05 Wrestling 30 The crowd was electric during the go-home show leading up to LWF 6:05 Wrestling Presents Theatre of Pain.
1. Jackie Fargo vs. Ron Hutchison Fargo knocked Hutchison senseless with a series of right hands and hit the Atomic Drop for a quick win.
Winner Jackie Fargo by pinfall
2. Steve Williams & Jim Duggan vs. The Long Riders Duggan and Wild Bill started the match. Wild Bill had Duggan in trouble early on but Hacksaw made a comeback and hit a spinning body slam for a two count. Wild Bill rallied and tagged in Hog. Duggan made a comeback and mauled Hog on the outside. Hacksaw tagged in Doctor Death. Doc ragdolled Hog until Hog bounced off the ropes and hit a flying tackle. Hog tagged in Wild Bill. Doc bulldozed Wild Bill and hit a double tackle with Hacksaw for a near fall. Wild Bill battled back and hit a gutwrench on Hacksaw for a two count. Wild Bill whipped Hacksaw to the buckles and Hacksaw rolled him up for a pin but Hog made the save. Hacksaw hit the Flying Spear for the win.
Winners - Steve Williams and Jim Duggan by pinfall
3. Bobo Brazil vs. Ric McCord McCord attacked Bobo before the bell and hit a flying dropkick for a two count. McCord attacked Bobo’s legs with a figure four and Bobo rolled out of the ring to regroup. McCord came out after him but Bobo back dropped him on the concrete to turn things around. Bobo rolled him back into the ring and nailed him with a big hammer punch for a two count. McCord rallied but Bobo shut him down and hit a Coco Butt for a two count. McCord made another comeback but Bobo overpowered him and whipped him to the buckles. Bobo plowed into the buckles and McCord rolled him up for a two count. Bobo battled back and blasted McCord with a running lariat for a near fall. Bobo hit McCord with a Coco Butt for the win.
Winner - Bobo Brazil by pinfall
4. Lou Thesz vs. Johnny Mantell Mantell smirked and tried grappling with Thesz at the opening bell but Thesz was unamused and quickly hit a Greco-Roman Backdrop for a near fall. Thesz hit a second Greco-Roman Backdrop for the win.
Winner - Lou Thesz by pinfall
5. Jack Brisco vs. Rock Riddle Brisco and Riddle grappled back and forth. Riddle took Brisco down and locked on the Boston Crab but Brisco made it to the ropes. Riddle locked on the Boston Crab a second time but Brisco inched to the ropes. Riddle went to the top and hit a flying elbow drop for a two count. Brisco made a comeback and went on a rampage! Brisco locked on the Figure Four leglock and Riddle tapped out.
Winner - Jack Brisco by submission
6. Vader & The Powers of Pain vs. Barry Windham and the Road Warriors The Barbarian and Barry Windham started the match. Windham took the fight to the Barbarian and threw him to the outside but the Barbarian nearly booted Windham’s head off as he came between the ropes. The Barbarian threw him back into the ring and the Powers of Pain hit the Elevated Clothesline for a two count. The Powers of Pain hit a Power Head Butt for a two count. Vader demanded to be tagged in and The Barbarian reluctantly made the tag.
Vader pounded Windham and whipped him to the ropes but Windham rebounded and hit a flying tackle. Windham and Vader battled back and forth. Windham leveled Vader with a lariat and tagged in Hawk. The Road Warriors hoisted Vader up and hit the Doomsday Device for a two count. Animal threw Vader out to the floor and smashed him with a chair, busting him open. The referee called for the bell to a resounding chorus of boos from the crowd.
Winners - Vader & The Powers of Pain
The six men battled after the match and were soon joined by Curt Hennig and the Dynamite Kid in street clothes. Security stormed the ring as the show went off the air.
