1. Reckless Youth vs. Brian Kendrick - 2nd Round LWF Brass Ring Challenge match
Reckless Youth and Brian Kendrick battled back and forth for the opening minutes. Youth made the first mistake and Kendrick hit a shooting star press for a near fall. Youth and Kendrick brawled on the floor and Kendrick came out on top. Kendrick hit the sliced bread #2 for the win.

Winner - Brian Kendrick by pinfall. Brian Kendrick will meet CW Anderson in the finals of the LWF Brass Ring Challenge.

2. The Powers of Pain vs. The Long Riders
Wild Bill attacked The Barbarian before the bell and went on the warpath. Wild Bill hit the Float Kick for a two count and tagged in Hog. Hog went to the top rope for a double axe handle but Barbarian booted him in mid air and made the cover for a two count. The Powers of Pain hit the elevated clothesline for a two count. Hog battled back and hit a suplex on the Warlord for a two count. Hog hit a superplex for a two count and tagged in Wild Bill. Warlord made a comeback and the Powers of Pain hit the Power Head Butt and all hell broke loose. The Powers of Pain came out on top and The Barbarian and Wild Bill brawled on the floor. The Barbarian came out on top but Wild Bill regained control of the match. Wild Bill went for a stinger splash in the corner but Barbarian booted him in the face and made the cover for a two count. The Barbarian hit the shoulder breaker and went for the cover but Hog entered the ring and choked him with the bull whip! The referee warned Hog and ordered him back to the apron. Wild Bill went on the attack and hit the throat drop on the ropes and another wild brawl erupted! The Powers of Pain came out on top and the Warlord hit the running power slam for the win.

Winners - The Powers of Pain by pinfall

3. Scott Casey Vs. Cowboy Bob Orton
Orton took the early advantage and soon hit the Superplex for a two count. Casey rallied but Orton shut him down and hit the Superplex a second time for the win.

Winner - Cowboy Bob Orton

4. Abdullah the Butcher vs. Bill White
Abdullah gnawed on White’s forehead right out of the gate and White was soon wearing the crimson mask. Adbullah pummelled White and threw him out of the ring. Abdullah forked White in the forehead in full view of the referee, earning the disqualification.

Winner - Bill White by disqualification

After the match, Adbullah continued mutilating White’s forehead until Jack Brisco jumped the rail and attacked him. Adbullah and Brisco brawled until security pulled them apart.

5. Animal vs. Tom Prichard
Animal mauled Prichard and hit a power slam in the opening minutes for a two count. Animal locked on the camel clutch and Prichard submitted immediately.

Winner - Road Warrior Animal by submission

After the match, Stan Lane and Jim Cornette attacked Animal from behind. Cornette and the Heavenly Bodies worked Animal over until Hawk made the save.

6. Race & Roop vs. George Tragos & Hodge
Race and Hodge started the match. Hodge surprised the crowd by hanging with Race. Hodge made the mistake of throwing Handsome Harley out of the ring. Race grabbed a fistful of hair and bashed Hodge’s head against the ringpost, busting him wide open. Race threw him back into the ring and hit a piledriver but Hodge got a foot on the ropes. Race mauled Hodge on the outside of the ring and tagged in Bob Roop. Roop hit the shoulder breaker but Hodge got his foot on the ropes. Hodge tried mounting a comeback but Roop shut him down and hit a neckbreaker for a two count. Hodge took Roop down out of nowhere and made the hot tag to Tragos. Tragos locked on a toehold but Roop kicked his way out of the hold. Tragos locked on the double wristlock but Roop made it to the ropes. Roop and Tragos battled back and forth. Roop got the upper hand and tagged in Harley Race. Race drilled Tragos with a piledriver but Hodge made the save. Race threw Tragos to the outside and gave him a piledriver on the concrete. Tragos barely beat the count back into the ring. Race hoisted Tragos up and hit a vertical suplex for the win.

I had Race and Roop teaming earlier until the Road Warriors put Harley on the self. If the Road Warriors get past the Heavenly Bodies, they'd better watch their backs.

LWF 6:05 Wrestling Presents Return of the King
1. CW Anderson vs. Brian Kendrick - LWF Brass Ring Challenge finals
Kendrick wowed the crowd early on but CW turned things around and hit the Shotgun Superkick for a two count. Kendrick wobbled back to his feet and CW hit the Shotgun Superkick a second time but Kendrick kicked out. CW went to the top rope for a flying clothesline but the referee wandered in the way and went down hard. Kendrick and Anderson fought on the outside while the referee recovered. Kendrick got the upper hand and hit a rolling wheel kick for a two count. Kendrick and Anderson brawled on the floor and Kendrick gave Anderson Sliced Bread #2 on a chair. The referee called for the bell to a round of boos from the audience.

Winner - CW Anderson by disqualification. CW Anderson winds the LWF Brass Ring Challenge.

2. The Rock and Roll Express Vs. The Bolsheviks tag match
Gibson and Zhukov started the match. Zhukov over powered Gibson for the opening minutes but Gibson rebounded and nailed Zhukov with an Enzuigiri but Volkoff made the save. The Rock and Roll Express hit a double dropkick for the win.

Winners - The Rock and Roll Express by pinfall

3. Bull Curry Vs. Jerry Brisco - LWF Southern title, No DQ
Curry attacked Brisco as he was coming through the ropes and pummelled him. The bell rang and Curry hit a body slam for a two count. Curry drilled Brisco with a forearm hammer but Brisco got his shoulder up. Curry nailed Brisco with a series of punches for the win.

Winner - Bull Curry by pinfall

4. The Powers of Pain Vs. The Vachons
The Barbarian and Mad Dog started the match. The Powers of Pain cut off Mad Dog in their half of the ring and wore him down with quick tags. Mad Dog made the hot tag to Butcher and Butcher and Warlord slugged it out. Butcher hit a boot to the face for a two count. The Vachons hit the quadruple foot stomp but the Barbarian made the save. Mad Dog and the Barbarian duked it out and the Powers of Pain hit the Elevated Clothesline for a two count. Warlord and Mad Dog battled on the outside and Mad Dog came out on top. Mad Dog hit the Mad Dog pounce and tagged in Butcher. Butcher locked on the Hangman and Warlord tapped out.

Winners - The Vachons by submission

5. The Dynamite Kid vs. Danny Hodge
Dynamite worked Hodge over with stiff strikes but Hodge battled back and got a near fall with an airplane spin. Hodge worked on Dynamite’s lower back and hit a knee lift for a two count. Dynamite got some momentum going and hit a superplex for a two count. Dynamite went to the top for a flying head butt but Hodge threw him to the mat. Hodge threw Dynamite to the outside and Dynamite took over, opening a cut on Hodge’s eye with a head butt. Dynamite threw Hodge back into the ring and went to the top rope but Hodge threw him to the mat again. Hodge went to the top and Dynamite climbed up after him. Dynamite hit a superplex on Hodge and nailed him with the Diving Head Butt for the win.

Winner - Dynamite Kid by pinfall

6. The Road Warriors Vs. The Heavenly Bodies with Jim Cornette - LWF World Tag Team title match
Animal and Lane started the match. Lane tried power slamming Animal and Animal mauled him, hitting a jumping elbow drop for a near fall. Animal hit a power slam for a two count and called for the Doomsday Device. Lane tried getting away and Animal hit a second power slam for a two count. Animal locked on the Camel Clutch but Lane managed to get to the ropes. The Road Warriors beat up Lane on the outside and Animal hit another power slam but Prichard made the save. The Road Warriors beat up the Heavenly Bodies outside the ring and Jim Cornette tried hitting Animal with the tennis racket. Animal took the racket and clobbered all three heels with it. The referee called for the bell to a resounding chorus of boos from the crowd.

Winners - The Heavenly Bodies by disqualification. Since the titles do not change hands on a disqualification, this marks the Road Warriors 20th successful title defense, tying the number of defenses of the Fabulous Kangaroos' AWF Tag Team title reign.

The Road Warriors sent the heels scurrying after the match until Harley Race and Bob Roop ambushed them with steel chairs. After a brutal beating, Harley Race said the Road Warriors took months of his career from him and he was paying them back by taking the LWF World Heavyweight titles.

7. Jack Brisco vs. Abdullah the Butcher
Abdullah went for Brisco’s eyes at the opening bell. Brisco endured a few minutes of torture and bounced back. Brisco got a two count with a rolling reverse cradle and another near fall with a Thesz Press. Brisco locked on the Figure Four but Abdullah made it to the ropes. Brisco locked on the Figure Four a second time but Abdullah jabbed Brisco in the leg with a foreign object until he released the hold. Brisco threw Abdullah to the floor and the Butcher took over. Abdullah hit the karate Thrust to the throat and nailed Brisco with the Sudanese Meat Cleaver. Brisco barely managed to kick out. Abdullah opened a cut on Brisco’s forehead with a foreign object but Brisco wouldn’t stay down. Abdullah finally took Brisco down and hit the Sudanese Meat Cleaver a second time for the win.

8. Vader Vs. Lou Thesz - LWF World Heavyweight title match
Thesz took the fight to Vader at the opening bell. Vader bounced out of the corner and launched an assault. Vader went for an avalanche but Thesz did a go behind and hit the Greco-Roman Backdrop for a two count. Thesz hit a second Greo-Roman backdrop for a two count. Harley Race paced back and forth at ringside. Thesz hit a third Greco-Roman backdrop and again Vader kicked out. Thesz hit a fourth Greco-Roman backdrop and Vader kicked out again. Thesz and Vader battled back and forth but Vader couldn’t hold the momentum for long. Thesz hit a series of dropkicks and Vader rolled out of the ring. Thesz went out after him and Vader beat him to a pulp, opening a cut over Thesz’s eye. Vader rolled Thesz back in the ring and hit the Vader Bomb for the win.

Winner - Vader by pinfall. Vader has surpassed Thesz’s record at 10 successful defenses of the LWF World Heavyweight title.
