The short answer is maybe. It all depends on the wishes of the wrestler and/or his family. Tom and the rest of the crew are VERY sensitive about people's names and likenesses.
I can tell you that there have been efforts to get at least a couple of the names you mentioned in the game, but until we get the appropriate approvals, they won't be in the game.
