It is time to start the King of the Ring of England tournament!
Ring of England (ROE) Show #9 Sunday February 16, Year 2 (First Fourth of show)
- commentator: Excalibur
Match #1: Pete Dunne defeated Mark Andrews in a First Round match
- Andrews came close to scoring this opening win as he hit Dunne with multiple SHOOTING STAR PRESSES. Dunne however regrouped and won via a sitout powerbomb.
Match #2: Zack Sabre Jr. defeated ROE General Manager Johnny Saint in a First Round match
- Saint started off strong by hitting Sabre Jr. with moves such as his Three-In-One, The Russ Abbott, and an elevated surfboard but Sabre Jr. recovered and won via a bridging German suplex to advance to take on Dunne in the Quarter-Finals.
Match #3: EVOLVEGAS Tag Team Champion WALTER defeated Benjamin Carter in a First Round match
- Carter put up a good fight but WALTER won via his COBRA CLUTCH.
Match #4: Tyler Bate defeated Robbie Eagles in a First Round match
- Bate advanced via his TYLER DRIVER '97.

Match #5: Will Ospreay defeated Jody Fleisch in a First Round match
- Ospreay advanced via his ESSEX DESTROYER.
Match #6: EVOLVEGAS Tag Team Champion Timothy Thatcher defeated Trent Seven in a First Round match
- Thatcher won easily via SAKA OTOSHI.
Match #7: ROE Champion "The Cleaner" Kenny Omega defeated Flash Morgan Webster by countout in a First Round match
- Omega advanced when Webster could not reenter the ring before the referee completed a 10 count.
Match #8: Mark Haskins defeated Jonah Rock in a First Round match
- A good match. Rock got in lots of great offense but Haskins advanced via Made in England and will thus take on Omega in the Quarter-Finals.

- Ospreay won via JUMP TUCK PRAY.

Match #13: Zack Sabre Jr. defeated EVOLVEGAS Tag Team Champion WALTER in a Semi-Finals match
- A good match. Sabre Jr. won by submitting WALTER to an inverted armbar lock.
Match #14: ROE Champion "The Cleaner" Kenny Omega defeated Will Ospreay in a Semi-Finals match
- Omega won via his ONE WINGED ANGEL.
- As a result, it will be Sabre Jr. vs Omega in the Finals tonight!
Match #15: ROE Tag Team Champions Aussie Open defeated the Hooligans
- The Hooligans, who are the only tag team to be 2-time ROV Tag team Champions, were looking to win their first ROE Tag Team Championship in this match.
- First Fall: A very competitive fall. Aussie Open won when Mark Davis pinned Paul London following the FIDGET SPINNER performed in tandem with Kyle Fletcher. Aussie Open up 1-0.
- Second Fall: Another competitive fall, Aussie Open won here when Davis pinned Brian Kendrick via CLOSE YOUR EYES. Aussie Open win 2-0.
- As a result, Aussie Open retained the ROE Tag Team Championship.
- Afterward, ROE General Manager Johnny Saint appeared and told Aussie Open their next title defense will be against EVOLVEGAS Tag Team Champions Ringkamp at Battle of the Belts!
Match #16: Zack Sabre Jr. defeated ROE Champion "The Cleaner" Kenny Omega in the Finals
- Omega had Sabre Jr. in early trouble but Sabre Jr. battled back and won via YOUNG BOY KILLER.
- As a result, Sabre Jr. is the King of the Ring of England!
- Afterward, Saint appeared and congratulated Sabre Jr. and told him as a reward he will get a rematch against Omega but this time it will be for the ROE Championship at Battle of the Belts!
