I’ve had a mix of both extremely short reigns and some very long ones. I’m not keen on quick reigns personally but I guess whatever the dice throws up I take it on the chin. My best was circa 2089, Thantos with the main strap about 70 cards which is not too far off two years. Matador nearly 100 cards with IP reign in approx 2098/99 and Brute and Massacre 70 odd in tag division around 2089/90.

I want to have a long title reign myself, just so I have that feeling of "who can beat the champion". Now watch, that's going to end up happening with Oracle in my current GWF run.

Endgame BD had a long run in my fed as a champion and become fun to put him in situations where he could lose his title. I put him in a match with eight lower levels and Baalal came out the new champion. Then it became all about keeping Baalal's title reign going.
That was some fun writing at the time.
