Just caught up on everything Heaven & Hell and you've got a lot going on - and some great stuff on the horizon.

Happy to see The Crusades back again. You've got one hell of a field.
But I have to root for the team of Bobo Brazil and my main man and favorite wrestler of all time Dusty Rhodes!!
Thantos and Encubus should go a long way in this too.

Really enjoyed Blood Sweat & Tears Scott Fire 54! That vignette introducing the Black Death Animen was a great way to open the card. I had no idea what was going on at first. These upcoming Crusades look to be even better than the prior ones you ran in the last fed - the talent is off the charts! Totally jazzed to see my man Lou Thesz show em all how it's done and retain the big belt against a very powerful challenger. Also looking forward to Thantos and Encubus in action. They're both tough - but especially Thantos. Seems like Sherri Martel is destined to claim the women's title. So much potential fun and chaos when you mix Legends/Indy & COTG all together. Rockin and rollin my friend! |

In The Ring
* It's General Manager Eric Bischoff!
* Bischoff puts over Blood, Sweat & Tears for solid wrestling action, but now it's onto The Crusades!
* In non tournament action, Bischoff announces The Great Muta VS. "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan in a Singapore Cane Match for the show!
* Accompanied by "Sensational" Sherri Martel, "The Macho Man" Randy Savage comes to the ring.
* Savage says not to worry about The Crusades because Sherri and himself winning that is a done deal, but Bischoff needs to worry about naming him the No. 1 Contender to Lou Thesz's Legendary Title.
* Sting's music hits and he comes out to a huge pop.
* Sting says Savage isn't the only to consider as far as who should be the next No. 1 Contender, and suggests Savage VS. himself to determine who that should be.
* Martel demands to know who the hell Sting thinks he is.
* Savage then tries to cheap shot Sting, but Sting blocks and unloads on Savage in the corner.
* Martel tries to intervene and is accidentally elbowed in the face by Sting.
* As Sting turns to check on Martel, Savage nails him with a running axe handle, a bodyslam, and then climbs to the top rope to deliver the Flying Elbow Drop.
* However, "The Total Package" Lex Luger, Sting's Crusades partner, comes out and stands over Sting's body, challenging Savage to jump.
* Savage decides against it.
The Crusades - Second Round Match
(17) Bobo Brazil & "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes won over (16) Bruiser Brody & "The Superfly" Jimmy Snuka by disqualification.
* Referee Andrew Fournier disqualified Jimmy Snuka for choking Dusty Rhodes with a cable.
* Rhodes & Bobo Brazil will face the winner of (1) The Road Warriors VS. (33) Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake & Marty Jannetty.
Catering
* Molly Holly is sitting at a table looking depressed.
* Moretti approaches and asks what's wrong.

I think this will be the best Crusades ever Scott Fire 54! Just caught up on everything and you are firing on all cylinders for sure. "Hacksaw Jim Duggan doesn't even have the face for radio" - that's deep. And pricelesss. Dusty & Bobo advance on as do Thantos & Encubus - very cool. Valentine & Flair should be pretty tough. Wow - The Valiants took them out - but that makes sense. I shouldn't have laughed when Ted DiBiase kicked the basketball away from the little boy at the 9th dribble, with one dribble away from a $500 dollar prize. But whenever something like that happens that makes me think along those lines, then I laugh twice as hard. Bravo! That was so messed up it was great. Then the kid tells Bobo Brazil to go beat Ted DiBiase up - awesome. Dusty Rhodes & Bobo Brazil vs The Road Warriors & Ellering. We got this. Outstanding stuff! |
