* Cornette says the Championship Committee is throwing any painted face freak tag team they can find at them to try and take the belts off them, but they are going to knock the pain off Demolition's faces tonight, just as they will do to The Powers of Pain & The Road Warriors at 7 Deadly Sins, and they will leave with their titles still intact.

* H&HW Legendary Champion Marty Jannetty, accompanied by his Rock Show stablemates, stand in the ring as the crowd begins a "You Deserve" chant, causing Jannetty to be overcome in emotion.

* Before MJ can address the crowd, Harley Race comes out to the ring.

* Race claims MJ will be nothing but a paper champion.

* Sting comes out to a nice reaction.

* Sting disagrees with Race because he believes in MJ due to the fans believing in MJ.

* "The Macho Man" Randy Savage & H&HW Women's Champion "Sensational" Sherri Martel come to the bottom of the ramp.

* Savage says the fans also believe in Sting and he lost to Martel last week.

* Sting reminds Savage that he beat Savage at Incarceration and will do it again at 7 Deadly Sins if Savage will accept the challenge.

* Savage accepts with Sting adding he won't lay down for Savage like he did for "Scary" Sherri.

* Savage & Martel charge the ring, but only Savage gets in because Tina Moretti grabs Martel by the leg, pulls her rival outside the ring, and begins to brawl with the champion.

* In the ring, Sting clotheslined Savage to floor, Race hit Sting with a high knee, and then Jannetty laid out Race with a superkick.


Standard Match
"Luscious" Johnny Valiant W/ Bobby "The Brain" Heenan won over Scott Steiner by disqualification.

* During the entrances, The Steiner Brothers VS. The Valiant Brothers, in a No Holds Barred Match, was announced for 7 Deadly Sins.

* Steiner intercepted a roll of quarters thrown by Heenan and used them on Valiant's head.

* Unfortunately, ref Andrew Fournier only saw the part where Steiner used the roll of quarters, leading to the DQ.

* MJ says he respects that, but he's not ready for his dream to end, so he'll continue to sleep through 7 Deadly Sins.

* As the 2 men shake hands, Bischoff says to tune in to 7 Deadly Sins to find whose dream is stronger.

* "The Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase's entrance theme hits and he walks out with Harley Race to the top of the ramp.

* Terry "Bamm Bamm" Gordy says they would love to pummel the Rock 'n' Roll Express in the Galaxy Guantlet, but they are nowhere to be found, before letting out a boastful laugh.

Hardcore Match
Mr. Perfect W/ Bobby "The Brain" Heenan pinned "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan.

* One spot saw Perfect deliver a rolling neck snap as Heenan held a chair under Duggan's throat.
