(First Fourth of show)

- commentators: Ian Riccaboni and Todd Keneley. ROC General Manager Steve Corino, who was recently revealed as the mysterious financial backer of the VWO, is not doing his usual self-assigned commentary duties.

Match #1: Josh Alexander defeated Jerry Lynn in a First Round match

- Lynn put up a fight but Alexander advanced via an ANKLE LOCK.

Match #2: Davey Boy Smith Jr. defeated Brian Pillman Jr. in a First Round match

- Before this match started, fellow Hart Foundation members Smith Jr. and Pillman Jr. shook hands with each other.

- Smith Jr., who has a chance to regain the ROC Championship from Kevin Steen at next month's show, won this match via his BULLDOG BOMB.

- As a result, Smith Jr. will next take on Alexander in the Quarter-Finals.

Match #3: "Speedball" Mike Bailey defeated El Generico in a First Round match

- Bailey surprised El Generico with a quick victory via a running corkscrew press.

Match #4: Austin Aries defeated Ethan Page in a First Round match

- A good match, Page was in control for a good portion of the time but Aries won via his 450 SPLASH.

- As a result, Aries will take on Bailey in the Quarter-Finals.

End of First Fourth. Second Fourth is next.

Match #5: Nicole Matthews defeated Jody Threat by countout in a non-tournament match

- Matthews won after an out of the ring assault when Threat could not reenter the ring before a 20 count.

Match #6: Tyson Dux defeated Eddie Edwards in a First Round match

- Dux won via a BOSTON CRAB.

Match #7: Davey Richards defeated Pepper Parks (accompanied by Cherry Bomb) in a First Round match

- A great match, Richards had to survive 6 pin attempts but finally managed to take out Parks via his ANKLE LOCK.

- As a result, Richards will take on Dux in the Quarter-Finals.

Match #8: PCO defeated Teddy Hart in a First Round match

- PCO won via a suicide cannonball.

Match #9: ROC Champion Kevin Steen defeated Silas Young in a non-title First Round match

- Young put up a good fight but Steen won via a fisherman buster onto knee.

- As a result, Steen will next take on PCO in the Quarter-Finals.

Match #10: Davey Boy Smith Jr. defeated Josh Alexander in a Quarter-Finals match

- After a distraction to Alexander from his enemy Ethan Page, Smith Jr. won via a deathjump to advance to the Semi-Finals.

- Afterward, Page said that Alexander may have gotten him (Page) kicked out of EVOLVEGAS but he plans to teach Alexander a lesson as Corino has booked them in a match together on next month's show!

Match #11: Austin Aries defeated "Speedball" Mike Bailey in a Quarter-Finals match

- A good match, Aries won via a BRAINBUSTER.

- As a result, it will be Davey Boy Smith Jr. vs Austin Aries in the Semi-Finals.

Match #12: Tyson Dux defeated Davey Richards in a Quarter-Finals match

- A great match as both competitors scored at least 4 pin/submission attempts against each other. Dix won a NORTHERN LARIAT.

Match #13: ROC Champion Kevin Steen defeated PCO in a non-title Quarter-Finals match

- PCO controlled most of this match and made Steen survive 6 pin attempts including two PCO SAULTS. Steen though came back to win via an F-CINQ.

- As a result, in the Semi-Finals is will be Tyson Dux vs Kevin Steen.

End of Third Fourth. Final Fourth is next.

Dux takes out both American Wolves, defying all expectations and making it to the semifinals... Superb performance by my fellow Atlantic Canadian indeed!

Under normal circumstances, PCO would have received my unwavering support... But, as I've stated before... VWO for LIFE!

- Aries won vi a BRAINBUSTER to advance to the Finals.

Match #15: ROC Champion Kevin Steen defeated Tyson Dux in a non-title Semi-Finals match

- Dux put up a good fight but Steen won via a PACKAGE PILEDRIVER to advance to the Finals.

Match #16: ROC Womens Champion Angelina Love defeated Maddison Miles

- Love won via Lights Out to retain the ROC Womens Championship.

Match #17: ROC Tag Team Champions Super Smash Brothers defeated 3.0

- First Fall: Player Dos pinned Shane Matthews via a Dragon Suplex. Super Smash Brothers up 1-0.

- Second Fall: Player Dos pinned Matthews following FATALITY. Super Smash Brothers win 2-0.

- As a result, Super Smash Brothers retain the ROC Tag Team Championship.

Match #18: ROC Champion Kevin Steen defeated Austin Aries in the Finals

- Aries controlled a good portion of this match and scored several pinfall/submission attempts against Steen. However, Steen won via a PACKAGE PILEDRIVER.

- As a result, Steen wins the King of the Ring of Canada.

- Afterward, Steen dedicated his tournament victory to the VWO as tonight's show came to an end.
