Ring of Canada (ROC) Show #9 Saturday January 25th, Year 2 (Final Third of show, First Third and Second Third are both posted above)
Match #9: El Generico defeated βSpeedballβ Mike Bailey
- El Generico won via BRAINBUSTAAAHHH!!!
Match #10: Hart Foundations defeated The Pillars
- Davey Boy Smith Jr. pinned Brent Banks via BULLDOG BOMB.
Match #11: American Wolves defeated ROC Tag Team Champions The North in a tornado match
- This was a great match with all falls highly contested.
- First Fall: Josh Alexander pinned Davey Richards via apron crossbody. The North are up 1-0.
- Second Fall: Richards tapped out Alexander via his ANKLE LOCK. American Wolves and The North are tied 1-1.
- Third/Final Fall: Eddie Edwards used brass knuckles to give Alexander a low blow and then Richards forced Alexander to tap out again to his ANKLE LOCK. American Wolves win 2-1.
- As a result, the American Wolves are the new ROC Tag Team Champions and they headed quickly toward the back as the irate Canadian fans pelted them with trash.
Match #12: ROC Champion Kevin Steen defeated Austin Aries
- Steen won via his F-CINQ to retain the ROC Championship.
End of Final Third. End of Show.

Did not expect the Wolves to stoop to such underhanded tactics to essentially steal the tag belts from The North... Oh, snap!

Go Steen and Generico. I just picked up RoC for online and I'm going KES but nice to see the Hart version going as well.

I picked Matthews to win the title, but Kay is certainly just as capable... Excited to see them lock horns in the semifinals!

Just a heads up, you have match #8 between Matthews and Kay written as a first round match instead of a semifinal.
Matthews gets past her toughest competition, imo... Liking her chances of walking out with the gold... Truth!
