There was a Wrestlemania IV bootleg set that came out years ago by Tournament Master, I believe. If you can find it, there is really good versions of Dino Bravo & Butch Reed in it. Yeah, I use to have it but went through all my cards, twice, and all I can find is the manager card of Slick from the set... It was made by Mike M and his brother Kevin and if said brothers still has it I'd love a copy, PDF would even be awesome.

Tournament Master and I put that set together.
I will have to go through old stuff and look to see if I still have a couple copies somewhere.

Very intrigued to see how WM4 version 2.0 plays out... I would also be VERY excited to see The Mountie take Dino Bravo's spot in the tourney... Maybe Sweet Brown Sugar (from Promoter Prime 2014) would be an acceptable substitute for Butch Reed - just a thought...
