This is a project I've done off and on for several years on other boards. I have recently decided to reboot it here.
KOMBAT is a unique shoot-style wrestling organization that will feature some of the best hybrid pro wrestlers LOW and its independent wrestling partners has to offer. The rules are fairly simple as matches are contested in a hexagon shaped ring and have a 15 minute time limit. Matches can be won by knockout, submission or referee stoppage. Any match going the full time length will be considered a draw. KOMBAT is divided into four men’s divisions/weight classes – middleweight, cruiserweight, heavyweight and super heavyweight. KOMBAT also has two women’s divisions/weight classes – featherweight and bantamweight. SUPER HEAVYWEIGHT – Upper Limit: N/A; Lower Limit: 266 lbs.
HEAVYWEIGHT – Upper Limit: 265 lbs.; Lower Limit: 231 lbs.
CRUISERWEIGHT – Upper Limit: 230 lbs.; Lower Limit: 201 lbs.
MIDDLEWEIGHT – Upper Limit: 200 lbs.; Lower Limit: N/A
WOMEN’S FEATHERWEIGHT - Upper Limit: N/A; Lower Limit: 131 lbs.
WOMEN’S BANTAMWEIGHT - Upper Limit: 130; Lower Limit: N/A

VOL 3, CARD 1 PEPSI CENTER DENVER, CO BANTAMWEIGHT Tessa ‘The Queen of the Carolinas’ Blanchard (5’5”, 126 lbs., Charlotte, NC) vs. Samantha Heights (5’1”, 115 lbs., Cincinnati, OH) Blanchards and Heights felt each other out early then Blanchard took over. Blanchard dominated Heights from that point and knocked her out with a DOUBLE KNEE FACEBREAKER.Blanchard wins via knockout at 2:20.CRUISERWEIGHT Jushin ‘Thunder’ Liger (5'7”, 209 lbs., Hiroshima, Japan) vs. Roderick Strong (5'10, 212 lbs., Tampa, FL) Liger came out fast and strong, quickly delivering a FISHERMAN’S BUSTER. Strong recovered quickly and locked in the STRONG HOLD. Liger escaped the hold and the match continued. Strong hit the SICK KICK, but Liger absorbed the move. The match continued back and forth with Strong connecting with several more SICK KICKS. After a brutal back and forth battle Liger delivered a BRAINBUSTER. Strong was out and not moving. Doctors rushed into the ring and tended to Strong.Liger wins via knockout at 9:16.FEATHERWEIGHT Nicole Savoy (5’7”, 142 lbs., Sacramento, CA) vs. ‘Cheerleader’ Melissa Anderson (5’8”, 140, San Francisco, CA) Savoy dominated Anderson early on, but Anderson battled back. Both ladies battled back and forth until Anderson took Savoy down with a leg sweep and battered her with quick elbows and knee strikes. Anderson went on to dominate Savoy until Savoy delivered a DRAGON SUPLEX out of nowhere. Savoy continued her assault until Anderson delivered a desperate kick to Savoy’s body, but Savoy caught the kick. Savoy delivered a Dragon screw leg whip and locked in a knee bar. Anderson quickly submitted.Savoy wins via submission at 10:00.HEAVYWEIGHT ’Bullet’ Bob Armstrong (5'11, 235 lbs., Marietta, GA) vs. ‘The Machine’ Brian Cage, 6’0”, 235 lbs., Chico, CA) Cage used his strength while Armstrong countered with some finesse and wrestling. That’s not to say Armstrong didn’t attempt to mix it up with Cage as both men exchanged heavy blows throughout the match. Cage delivered a WEAPON X then locked in a DRAGON SLEEPER, quickly making Armstrong submit.Cage wins via submission at 10:08.MIDDLEWEIGHT Zack Sabre, Jr. (6’0”, 187 lbs., Kent, England) vs. Travis ‘The Kiwi Buzzsaw’ Banks (5’9”, 192 lbs., Auckland, New Zealand) After a feeling out process Sabre locked in a kimura lock, but Banks escaped. Gordy delivered a BAMM BAMM SLAM early on, but it didn’t seem to have much effect on Lee. Gordy followed up with a POWER BOMB, which had a little more effect. Gordy continued his brutal assault until Lee countered and delivered the GROUND ZERO, not once, but twice. Lee followed up with a SPIRITBOMB, but Gordy countered and turned it into a ROLLING HALF CRAB. Lee fought hard and escaped the hold. Gordy continued his attack and delivered a BAMM BAMM SLAM to knock out Lee.Gordy wins via knockout at 4:52BANTAMWEIGHT Tomoka Nakagawa (5’1”, 126 lbs., Asahikawa, Japan) vs. Kimber Lee (5’3”, 125 lbs., Seattle, WA) Nakagawa was all over Lee and knocked her out with a spinning back fist.Nakagawa wins via knockout at 2:40.CRUISERWEIGHT Danny Hodge (5'11”, 220 lbs., Perry, OK) vs. ‘Hollywood’s Own’ Joey Ryan (5’10”, 210 lbs., Hollywood, CA) Hodge was all over Ryan and put on a short wrestling clinic before making Ryan submit to an abdominal stretch.Hodge wins by submission at 2:22FEATHERWEIGHT ‘The Ace of Spades’ Shayna Baszler (5’7”, 135 lbs., Sioux Falls, SD) vs. Mercedes Martinez (5’7”, 135 lbs., Waterbury, CT) This was a wild, brutal match as both women beat the hell out of each other. The action went back and forth with neither woman holding the advantage for very long. Fatigue started to kick in for both ladies when Martinez delivered a FISHERMAN’S BUSTER then transitioned into a DRAGON SLEEPER. Martinez synched the hold in tight and wrapped her legs around Baszler for more leverage as Baszler tried to fight. Baszler started to tire and finally submitted to the hold.Martinez wins via submission at 13:20. Very cool stuff Mad Kanter! Totally dig the mma vibe here. Cool win by Jushin Liger and a big upset in my mind with Nicole Savoy beating Cheerleader Melissa. Too bad Mr. Fuji didn't get the win. Are you doing titles for each weightclass? Like this a lot!

Thanks again for the kind words and I appreciate you taking the time to read my stuff.

interesting little twist with a fun mix of wrestlers. Thanks. Like I mentioned this is a concept I attempted on a couple other boards, but for one reason or another I would give up on it. Hoping to make it stick here.

I love what you're doing here and I will be checking it out as it goes along. Some questions though.....
- How do you arrive at a knockout? Is it the same as rolling a pin or does it have its own special rule? - How do you arrive at a referee stoppage?
Would love to know more - Thanks in advance

Thank you for your comments. I use special rules and charts for this fed so there is a chart that actually determines the knockout. A referee stoppage will probably be fairly rare (although now that I've said that I'm sure I'll get at least one on my next card LOL), but it will happen when a pin rating combined with the number of tokens a fighter gets reaches 10. A fighter should be bleeding quite a bit by that time as well. I determine blood fairly arbitrarily, but it's generally around 4 tokens and a move that would bust a wrestler open. Thanks again for your interest.

And as awsomsinger said - I will be in the seats for this one as well. Great work!
