Definitely looks like a fun show! Interesting that Mil Muertes is the champ there. Isn't that character name owned by Lucha Underground?

Not sure about who owns the name, but I know he has been wrestlng as Mil Muertes in many feds outside of Lucha Unerdground including Sinn Bodhi's lucha fed here in Las Vegas. But in some places he wrestles under different names such as Ricky Banderas or El Mesias.

He's been Mil Muertes before LU, so I doubt they own the rights to it. It's one of his more popular gimmicks, at least here in the states. I actually prefer it over El Mesias personally. He's pretty badass, glad he's a champion here.

I remember walking past his table and he suddenly pointed at me and yelled “I kicked his a*s!” At first I was thinking what the hell is he talking about, but then Mil Muertes explained he was actually pointing at my Lucha Brothers shirt and talking about a match against Pentagon Jr. at Lucha Underground. I actually have a photo of Mil Muertes pretending to give me a choke slam. Definitely one of my favorite wrestlers to meet last year at Expo Lucha.

He's always been one of my favorites to follow, mostly because of his dark persona as a wrestler. Very agile big man. It's nice that he's getting somewhat of a push here in the states with LU and now PCW. I hope he continues to stay here in the states. It's good he's here.
