Everyone's taste is different and I just wanted to see who is everyone's favorite Werner card (art only). I didn't want to make a poll because there are SO MANY to choose from. Mine is easy..... *Hands down*  ….. A CLOSE second is of course!  |

Probably Sting or Brock Lesnar but Actagon is up there too. In the CWF it’s Agony. In the GWF I would have to really think about it. In official LOW it’s probably the Road Warriors. In ROH it’s very hard to choose but probably Jay Briscoe or Michael Elgin.
But overall I’ll go w Sting. If Brock gets colored he probably would be it.

Nightmare Nikki's first card That Nikita is really good though. I'm trying to remember the FIRST, because didn't Werner do like three versions? One was very seductive, naked and barely covered by a sheet, and one was her lying down with her head hanging off the edge - looking at you upside down. All were GREAT! |

Nightmare Nikki's first card That Nikita is really good though. Really great pose. IIRC we used a Mickey James reference photo. I loved that art so much it was tough to give her a new card even tho she needed it. |

Yeah that first art was never going to be topped. Werner's Z artwork is some of my favorite stuff of all his works.

As far as Official cards go, I would have to say either Lou Thesz or Barry Windham. For Bootlegs, I would go with Dusty Rhodes from the first UBU NWA set. It seems like that was a popular set for the artwork... Every one of them was top notch.
Overall, Werner frequently knocks it straight out of the park... Easily the best FG artist ever IMHO. And he has improved dramatically from when he was just doing bootleg commissions.
