Hammerstone isn’t a god, but he’s a good young talent that I’m really surprised people are passing over for a remake/downgrade. Hammerstone though actually used to be a god as his current persona was as a god of thunder in a group called the Gods of War.  Hammerstone has changed his look, his persona, and much of his moveset since his time in the Gods of War- but he still does the Valkyrie Missile (a big boot) which will be on his card as he requested when I talked to him at FSW last Friday. |

I will have to say, I have watched the guy for years back to the days of Paragon Pro and I really liked the Gods of War, Thor, Single H look he had! I do get it though as to why he made the change. He is going to be in my hometown of Everett, WA for a small Indy show "Without a Cause Wrestling" on August 18th that Jim and I will be attending. Priscilla Kelly, Erick Stevens, Owen Travers, Kimber Lee, and Chase James are also going to be on the show. Check out Without a Cause wrestling on Twitter, starting to get more shows in my area these days with Defy in Seattle/Portland and others popping up like this. A lot more Indy wrestling than I could get to even 3 years ago.
