I was going to do a poll buy figured an open discussion would be more fun and a good read.
Would you buy a Legends Set if you only knew of the headliner, only knew half of the set, knew only two wrestlers neither the headliner or buy the set with not one wrestler announced?
Just curious. Me, personally, i'd buy the set with any of the above conditions known. I think it would be super fantastic if the entire set was unknown.

In some ways, we kind of buy a complete set of secret or surprise wrestlers when we buy Legends Prime at the beginning of the year. That's more than enough surprises/unknown for me.

I definitely would not buy with nothing announced (and it isn't good business practice anyways) A couple names not announced would be all right although I don't get any thrill seeing "surprise" names. I'm perfectly content seeing everyone so I can start planning on what I'm going to do with them.

I’d be much less interested in any “surprise” names in any set I bought. I think it would be different for a GWF set, but for Indies or Legends, I actually agree with kernodle: I’d rather get the whole roster announced at once and rely on the art teasers to generate buzz.

I guess the real ? here is would you pre order it (which just assures you get the set upon release). I think most fans would, Others would just wait the extra week or so to hear spoilers before deciding to buy it or not.

I mean, truthfully I'd buy any Legends set that gets released but it wouldn't make any sort of business or marketing sense to not release any of the names ahead of time.

If it was announced at this stage of the game that it was a, say a ten card set of previously unreleased names then that would be fun!

Been English/British when I first started playing Legends (and even today) . I don't know who say about 40% are/were even wrestlers like Frank Gotch / Don Leo Jonathan . I still buy/bought sets . Let the dices do the talking . No one knew who GWF Wolf , Star Warrior , Greek Gods , Spike , Gladiators , Thantos , Bishop Hell etc were but we still bought it . We let our imagination and dices do the talking .

For me I need to like a good amount of the cards before I buy it. With other guys if I do not know them I look them up and get educated. As far as a surprise if rest of the set is strong enough for me I can dig it because at worse it's just another card and at best it makes the set stronger.
